法活了.
貌似给台湾的好处大体都是作为中国一个省所应该有的. 台湾就象大陆一个经济特区,

I think the problem is with lower high water mark, less water can flow into
the lake. Water in the lake can only get to as high as the river's high
water mark, so lower river high water mark, means less total volume of water
in the lake. But during river's low water season, lake water doesn't stop
flowing out into the river, because you can't fill up a river so the water

productive people goes down, the real cost of production including tax goes
up which causes low productivity people to lose out to Indians. When the
real income for the productive people goes down, savings go down and
