半，去上班，公司也没电了，于是就回家了。迷迷糊糊的睡到下午1点，还是没电，打
电话给police department, 据说要到礼拜日才能正式来电. 现在天气这么热，家里没
有ac根本呆不了，只能跑到离家10来mi的public library呆着...刚才给consumers
energy打电话，seems like i won't get my power back until this sunday morning
, and today is only thursday. what the !@#$， ugh!!!!!!!!!

safe, good electronics needs to run from UPS. otherwise you will see TV/
laptop likely to get damaged if power flip in 1/10th of second. |

This time, i suspect not all outage were caused by the actual wire damage,
as in past storms.
A lot of blackout last night came out of stations, substations, transformers
. In other words, more similar to that NYC blackout of 2003.
Might take longer to fix these. Sliced wires would be much easier to re-
connect, on the other hand. |
