本科成绩从0.5元一个章经2元，5元，至2000年3月的15元一个，不知
以后还长不长。好在我99年底开了20份，就有人不听劝，两个月后心
疼得肝颤。大家都说这比指数增长还快。本人曾问过教务处管盖章的
裴老师(女)，问：学生交学费读书，成绩是自己考得的，学校理应出
成绩单，收费为何如此之高，增长为何如此之快？裴答：因为清华，
北航要价更高！
不仅如此，现在盖章须在每学期头两个月排队，且只周四一天，其余
时间不予办理。成绩单正常要两个月才能开出来。许多人因开不上成
绩而耽误申请，后来发现只要找找熟人，如系里老师，说上句话，也
就办了，感情是关了前门开后门了。
本科还好，要价高一点，时间长一点，毕竟能开出来，但研究生成绩
就不这么容易了，因为两个办公室人员内哄，(分赃不均)，成绩单一
个学期不办理，只给一份中文的，自己去作公证。今年这批有相当多
的人研究生成绩是公证的。不过，7月2日至4日已恢复办理，收费一
个章5元。
不是我刚出来就说母校坏话，有的地方的确让人咽不下去。如jerrym
