What does the "Notice Date" on the visa or other visa approvel note mean? It means the approval
date or the issuing date. For example, if my name was wrong on the initial
H1B visa, and I asked for correction. The initial notice date is Nov 17,
2010. What will the new "notice date" on the the corrected approval note?

evidence. But judge other's work can be proved relatively easy with all
solid evidence. you have 30 reviews, if they are for good journal, might

这里并没有像eb1a里要求的严格，是对alien本人的media report，那么按照字里行间
来看，citation就足以满足这项了，因为别人的文章里提到了你的工作。如果citation
比较强，这一项是很好满足的啊，因为容易量化，移民官也不容易找茬。
可是在本版搜索了很久，没有看到任何一个eb1b的claim这一项，就算是citation特别
强的，也都是用来support contribution这一项。我非常困惑，怕自己的理解有误区，

样写的(工作需要的skill). 我会不会被audit?因为写的太多太具体.DOL think it is
too "restrictive"?
有些人说有些skill如果能在reasonable time 学会就不能要求申请人在申请时已具备
这一skill. But what's reasonable time?
在填form 9089 时, Is training required for the job? No.

It seems that if this conference is in a specific field, then this award may
not be enough to meet the criteria. But if this conference is a general one
, probably okay.
However, the safest way nowadays is to claim the strongest 3 claims, and use
all others for totality. The two-part petition is what the IOs are looking
for.

My boss got an invited review and I was the first author. I managed to get
the RL from that journal saying they invited ME for summarizing XX area due
to my niubility. My attorney add this part on the judging others, but she
used a little bit different title, like "cmuwx is the authority in XX area".
Then under this title, she added this one together with my ~10 review work. |
