你把痛点分的很细致，我再白话一下，你看对不对
1、膝盖骨上缘跟四头肌连接处疼，属于patellofemoral pain syndrome （PFPS /
runner's knee）
2、膝盖骨下边缘疼，也就是跟Patellar Tendon（髌骨韧带）连接处，这属于jumper
knee（中文称膝盖韧带炎）。
3、如果痛点再往下一个拇指宽度的地方，也就是Patellar Tendon下端，连接Tibial
Tubercle （胫骨结节）的地方，称为Osgood Schlatter disease （胫骨结节骨软骨病
？），常见于青少年。
照这么说，我感觉是第3类，也就是胫骨结节骨软骨病。不管怎么说，这几类病治疗和
恢复都差不多，看起来以后要增加举杠铃的训练项目，提高臀大肌和股四头肌的力量。
另外，问一下，这一个月，主要在游泳，每周3、4次，每次1-1.5小时，1500-2500码，
大部分蛙泳。不知道蛙泳频繁蹬踹是否对恢复有所影响

Disease， 一般是青少年时期剧烈运动遗留下来的，成年后就有这个突起，一般没有任
何影响，如图所示：

奇怪的是昨天打球的时候突然莫名其妙这个地方很疼，不仅不敢全力跳跃，现在连上下
楼梯时弯曲膝盖都很难受。唉，看来又得告别排球一段时间。。。
BTW:Burlington打球的地方有点邪门，我都伤了两次了，patpat的膝盖好像也是在那里

one based on yielding surface theory and the other no.
from my personal point of veiw, those without yielding surface look
