funds. You can take small amounts of cash out of the bank without the IRS
seizing everything you own. However, because of new rules that went into
effect this morning, your bank deposits have no insurance and it is a matter
of time until they are stolen right from under your nose.

By approving SPLOST IV, voters approved the Cobb County School District
project list valued at $717.8 million. The list includes the rebuilding of
Walton High School, two replacement elementary schools for $23.3 million
each, a $29.8 million career academy, $29.9 million Osborne High School
rebuild and an east Cobb area middle school replacement at a cost of $29.1
million.

20世纪40年代，在肯塔基州的山区还出现了乡村音乐的另一个分支，叫蓝草音乐（Bl
uegrass Music）。它在乡村音乐的基础上，吸收了当地古老的玉米脱粒晚会上的班卓音
乐和提琴音乐，以及南部山区的叙事歌曲等因素发展而成。
蓝草音乐的演唱一般都是多声部的，除主旋律声部外，往往还在上方用假声叠置一个
和声声部，有时还在主旋律下方加上一两个低音声部。它的伴奏乐器以班卓琴和提琴而独
具特色，有时还采用曼陀林、低音提琴等民间乐器，传统乡村音乐没有架子鼓的特点也在
蓝草音乐中得到了保留。蓝草音乐的速度一般都比较快，每分钟160-330拍左右。
蓝草音乐在发展过程中受到爵士乐的影响，常在器乐段落中出现比较华丽的即兴独奏。70
年代，当其他乡村音乐普遍采用电声乐器时，他们仍采用传统乐器演奏。著名的蓝草音乐
家和乐队有：比尔·蒙鲁（Bill Monroe，1911～ ）领导的"蓝草男孩"（Bluegrass

就像我今早跟您简单介绍的，这是一个由USC和API Equality联合筹划的研究项目，旨
在帮助同志营造更好的家庭环境，帮助他们更好地与外界沟通，帮助他们减轻来自外界
的压力和心理上可能的负担。参与这个研究计划的有USC的博士生和硕士生，我们来自
传媒和公共管理等多个院系，有丰富的研究经验，同时还有API Equality的工作人员参
