后来counter
offer回来后搞清楚学区问题提出退出。对方说如果take 我们之前origial offer，我
们要不要
买？学区不够好，30万当然不买。但是如果价钱足够低，将来好脱手换房，住个6/7年
也无妨。但是这
样的话就相当于我们在付房租，总不能mortgage比房租高太多吧？所以从这个角度考虑
，才会说27万
比较合适。30万的开价是基于不准备换房的。不过我也就是上来问问大家意见，既没跟
agent说，也没
跟seller说，结果一个个贪的，给老中丢脸的，没人品的大帽子就扣过来。我什么都没
有做啊！

cost里，不管是origiation fee还是tax，你都没有任何损失啊

NIW and EB1a can change job in the Green card application process. You just
need keep yourself in the similar field.
If EB2 PERM get laid off, they need apply PERM again before relink their
origial 140.And a lot of company may not sponsor green card application.
So it's harder for them. |

got this job. Another letter is employment verification letter, verifying
that you have worked for this company for xxx years, starting from yyyy
years, your job title, salary, your job duties, etc. Including words like "

发帖数: 1 | 21 小弟是2014年2月的PD，EB2已经approved。现在公司HR和律师都同意帮我降级因为EB3
B表已经current。
因为我的original的perm已经在原来的eb2的时候pp交掉了。公司的律师建议先发I-140
Eb-3等拿到了receipt后再一起发485和升级PP的请求。
我问律师为什么不先并发I-140和485然后等I-140的receit再pp，律师说因为我没有
origial的perm，可能i140+485的请求会在mail room就直接被拒绝了
我想问问看大家都是怎么做的呢？目前140可以在1周内发掉，我是担心会不会来不及收
到receipt，那么我就没办法在10月底前发485了。如果I140和485一起交会不会真的就
被拒收啊！
而且我一直以为i140要approved或是
140+485并发才可以。。真心不知道还可以用i140的receipt来交485

Sure, winning pretty much deppends on the bidding systerm and experience,
but also the defence and playing skill can minimize your errors. I think there
are quite a few boards in this year's cup can be improved if their skill is up
to the level in this webside. I sure the result would be different.
bidding polls give u the difficult situations and also the the masters origial
biddings. I think it helps to go through them.

不知道年轻体弱的内马尔上不上的了，不上，巴西进攻上只能靠天吃饭，期望fred，jo
这类人有所表现。目前看来这种期望不太靠谱。fred有可能，毕竟美洲杯搞美洲队时抓
住了一些机会，但貌似没有可持续力，这表明他作为前锋，可能实力不够。但最近一场
他有回暖的迹象，所以再看一场不迟，没准这场他会爆发。巴西的边卫这次在进攻上不
达标，马赛罗貌似没有兴奋起来，可能联赛太累了？总体说巴西进攻上办法不太多，奥
斯卡除了第一场有几下好传，然后就隐身了。内马尔表现可以，但还是太年轻过多眩技
而不踢整体。反观哥伦比亚，感觉团队进攻相当致命，队里没有绝对大牌，这是一个好
处，J罗我并不觉得已经确定江湖地位，对待巴西的后卫，他不一定能占便宜。但巴西
的后卫组织上还有待提高，机会不会太少，考验j罗的机会来了。哥伦比亚如果继续团
