强硬声明，当着中共外长王毅的面打脸，表示对中共（没点名）的举止有“serious
concerns”，敦促中共按文明法则办事（这措辞一听就一股新加坡味）。
还好东盟有十国，柬埔寨够（肯）哥（叼）们（盘），内部大闹。东盟几小时后撤回声
明，可能无法产生最后的一致声明。现在仍在闭门争吵中。结果也许是柬埔寨自家发一
个声明，其他九国各发各的。不管如何，对中共而言，比最早的东盟统一声明要好听点
。算是伟大外交胜利也可以。

Indiatimes 新闻网站引述印度政府的最新公布，他们委托的调查小组发表的报告中指
出，这 42 个 Apps 属于「spyware」（间谍程序），无论在 iOS 或者 Android 手机
系统，都会将用户的数据， 上传到位于中国的服务器，并有对印度网络进行攻击的潜
在风险。 调查小组呼吁印度军方查证这批 Apps 有否在高官的手机上安装。
今次被印度列为「间谍程序」的手机 Apps 多达 42 个，不少由腾讯、百度、新浪、小
米科技、Cheetah Mobile制作。
