我家很久以前就开始买costco的organic鸡蛋了。吃起来还行。以前那种1块1打得洋鸡
蛋真是没法吃，一点鸡蛋味也没有。最近我开始买local farmer卖的土鸡蛋，比costco
的organic鸡蛋更加好吃，就像国内的土鸡蛋味道一样，非常鲜美。所以我家最近吃了
好多次蒜苗炒鸡蛋。
我们这里有farmer办的butcher shop，还有local farmers market，能买到新鲜羊肉，
猪肉和牛肉，也很好吃。
自从开始买这些东西后，我做饭的积极性都高了很多，因为确实好吃。

牛奶，鸡蛋，豆浆我都买organic的。牛奶鸡蛋organic的也不怎么贵，所以觉得
organic挺好。
蔬菜水果没特别讲究，有时候看organic的如果更新鲜，价钱也不算太离谱，就买
organic，大多数时候还是买一般的。
肉类的话，鸡肉大部分时候买organic的，猪肉牛肉没买过。怀孕以后想过都换成
organic，但是去whole foods看了一下，仅有的几盒肉不新鲜价钱还很离谱，就放弃了。
我觉得没必要都换成organic吧，问过周围一些生过宝宝的，都说没必要，书上也说不
是必要的。 |

我也是刚用，觉得不错，就推荐给大家了。估计用完了还是要换其他牌子的organic洗
发水的。总要试过，才能找到更适合自己的。
至于MM说添加的那些东西，防腐剂什么的，很多产品都会有。其实什么是organic，MM
自己去百度搜索一下定义就出来了。并不是百分百的organic原料，只要organic的原料
超过50%（还是70%，记得不是很清楚了），就算organic的产品，可以贴organic的商标
了。nature's gate的含organic原料多少我就不清楚了，不过我清楚记得avalon是标注
70%organic。如果太追求无害，不添加任何的化工原料，那是不现实的，那就真的只有
自己去学药学，自己配护肤品，用茶叶饼，米汤或者啤酒洗头了。
毕竟nature's gate 相对来说还是便宜点的。容量多，价格平民。一分价钱一分货嘛。
不能对便宜的东西太多挑剔，要知道，什么样的价钱决定什么样的产品。听说phyto的
护发不错，上drugstore上一查，200ml的洗发水就要24刀。恩，不知道效果是否真的这
么好，等用过 |

以前我们80年代在中国的时候记得那炖蛋出来的蛋好嫩啊跟豆腐脑一样。现在的鸡蛋不
管是organic 的还是普通的鸡蛋炖出来的全TMD的比烤夫还粗表面还一坑一哇地！ 我试
过好多牌子的organic 鸡蛋了。我真怀疑现在到底有没有真正organic的东西。鸡肉也
是，以前的鸡肉那叫好吃，现在的鸡肉就算是organic也`是和以前的没法比！总上所述
我强烈怀疑现在号称的organic的食物其实都是half organic而已。 |

大家好，目前AP刚开始，想建立一些reputation。看其他资历差不多或稍微senior的人
，有不少做过各种conference的organizer，比如在我们领域，MRS/APS/ACS等这些大型
会议的某个小会场的organizer。感觉除了发表文章，做organizer是一个不错的认识人
、也宣传自己的好机会。不知道一般情况下这些organizer是由谁选的，上一届的
organizer推荐的吗？如何才能找到机会做这样的organizer呢？请有经验的前辈不吝赐
教，尤其是APS和MRS这两个会议！我基本是每年参加，但也就是做个oral。

大家角度不同自然回报的意义也就不同，很难说合理不合理。
可是Organic这是标准的民科西方的中医啊，

当然，organic的的确因为他得一些严格管控，会造成西红柿不去专门乙烯车间催熟，
所以好吃
你们那要是有墨西哥进口西红柿不催熟的一样好吃，那个不是organic的
当然在没有那些选择的前提下，买organic的是个很好的选择可以不选美国西红柿工厂
的难吃西红柿
还有就是这个有点田忌赛马，主要美国市场上最多的非organic得那个太难吃了
非organic得一些当地supplier的一样很好吃的，去农夫市场的非organic摊买一样好吃 |

两岁以前是喝 whole milk.
最大的两个organic品牌是Horizon 和Organic Valley. 品质非常好，在Sprouts等
farmer‘s market买比在major grocery chains买略微便宜。种类有很多。有加维生素
D，加DHA的。
Costco 自己的whole milk+D+DHA也买过，品质也很好，就是不是每个Costco都有。
还有 Safeway chain 出的 O Organic 也不错，就是没有加维生素D和加DHA。
2． 菜
买盒装的organic色拉生菜(净菜)。major grocery chains 都有。而且花样品种挺多的
。一盒里有绿叶菜也有红叶菜，我一般把菜下在面条里。这些盒装菜上都印有保鲜期，
一定要看清楚在买，一般可以在冰箱存一个星期。
3． 饼干
推荐Costco Kirkland organic animal crackers.
