（我向oregongirl在投诉板和信件投诉Paladino，没有回应）
投诉目标(更改处理决定/更改板规/弹劾板主...):
1. 封禁id: Bogart 因其随意在版上公布私人信件两次
2. 封禁id: Bogart, Pangwaiwai 因其在pets版屡次“五毛”攻击
3. 解封id: Optimus, 因误操作在版上发文自删后，被Paladino从垃圾堆捞出封禁
4. 版副paladino 为纵容部分id攻击， 不许自己反对id自由发言， 随意封人解封
公开道歉。
5. 如果Paladino拒不道歉， 弹劾版副Paladino， 如果版主oregongirl执意偏袒
Paladino，弹劾版主oregongirl

4月15日，id：Bogart在pets版转发一篇9年前的中国老新闻， 说的一条功勋警犬被做
标本的事情， 因为id:plead因此做出整个nation |
