发帖数: 28562 | 43 是啊，图像处理会是一个大瓶颈。我们平时随便拍个显微小电影，转到服务器上去的时
候，
半天都转不完。具有讽刺意义的是，在这个意义上，传统的胶片反而具有一定优势。
另外，楼上几个人说了imaging-guided surgery, 我怎么觉得那个其实就是一般的抗体＋
染色？那个好像和optical imaging 其实没有关系。因为其实就是把病灶染色了让医生
一眼就能看见。其要点在于用什么抗体和用什么染色剂，但是好像并不需要发展成像技
术。
例就是几百G一个T的数据，拿它怎么办？临床的诊断，gold standard 还是
炼出来。这个方法，现在发展还是很难。这么多数据，备份考一下就是一小时。
不了CT片子。一个新成像方法要被临床接受，需要培养新一代医生。如果没有看得懂图
像的人，高清晰的图像不一定便于诊断的。 |

也不慢
用optical可以看得比较清楚地应该是血管。如果能穿透几十厘米的话，应该是挺有用
了。比如治疗血栓啥的。
还有就是如果能看神经的话，也是很有用的。以前听过一个talk,用那什么拉曼显微镜，就能直接看神
经，这个能用到人体的话，对做手术很有帮助。
