似的器件结构在optics letter上，那么作者改变了下器件结构，并没大的改变。举个
例子，两条waveguide的耦合，现在变成三条waveguide的耦合（PTL），那么图表、数
据的类别跟Optics letter发表的类似，尽管实际数据值不太一样，这么我还能推荐发
在IEEE PTL吗？谢谢 |
