担一样。光说NP挣多少钱，不说说NP的风险，如果被病人告咋办。我们医院一个NP就是
犯了错误，结果在被调查，现在来帮我们RN打杂，不能做NP的工作，这还是幸亏我们医
院有工会保护，不然直接就被FIRE掉了。和UCLA附属医院的NP还有USC附属医院的NP一
起工作过，他们在我上班的地方
做PER DIEM RN,工资就是RN的工资，如果NP真的待遇那么好，还来做什么PER DIEM RN.
不要给我说什么NP OVERTIME多，UCLA雇佣那么多NP，基本上都没有OVERTIME，有
OVERTIME的NP是百分之一的概率。而且很多时候工资高一点的NP都是帮私人医生打工或
者医疗GROUP，这些地方一般都福利不行。有的NP把自己没有任何福利的15万美金一年
的工资拿出来说话，15万美金一年还不如福利好的RN的十万一年呢。而且在美国就是医
生现在都是帮医疗集团和保险公司挣钱的工具。还见过很多NP读出来压根就不做NP，还

电视里常看到，teenager趁着家长不在的时候在家里开party，
我。。。仿佛已经看到了那一天。
