孟晚舟并非是美国此次行动最大目标，她被捕只是因为不信美国人的警告！
从美国法庭文件已经可以看到，美国人最想抓的是任正非， 只是苦于他上了岁数，并
不出国访谈，所以只能把目标锁定在他的女儿孟晚舟身上。
孟晚舟的是否引渡裁决被加拿大法官推迟到2019年3月6号了，这意味特朗普有了足够的
时间来权衡各方得失，以及给了大家更多的私了的时间和空间。
引渡不引渡依然在特朗普的手中掌握，一切都看谈判桌上的筹码。

捕令，伊朗人YousefBoushvash在香港被捕。一个月后，美国正式提出引渡要求，指这
人是伊朗特工，在2004年到2007年间，不但从美国经迪拜、曼谷等地偷运武器到伊朗，
包括F-14战机零件，违反美国的《武器出口管制法》(Arm sExport C ontrol Act)，而

统计的过程是通过对sample的分析，推导出population的性质，从而起到description，c
ontrol和prediction的作用。但是这些都需要建立在各种各样的假设基础上，比如对dist
ribution的假设，对random还是determined的假设，对correlation和independence的假
设。这些假设很难说是准确的，但是如果推导的结果有实用价值，这些假设就可以说是合
理的，或者是statistically significant。说到底“统计”和“概率理论”的区别就是
统计是一门应用的学科，所以很多学校都把它归类为“applied mathematics”。
