感觉他那的那个sweet onion酱很不错。想买一瓶早上夹面包吃。
我把我们附近的WALMART、COSTCO和TARGET都找过了，愣是没找到叫sweet onion的酱。
那天中午上amazon搜了下，结果搜出了个，但又担心amazon上的不新鲜不敢买。

Subway Sweet Onion Sauce
1/2 cup light corn syrup
1 tablespoon minced white onion
1 tablespoon red wine vinegar
2 teaspoons white distilled vinegar
1 teaspoon balsamic vinegar
1 teaspoon brown sugar
1 teaspoon buttermilk powder
1/4 teaspoon lemon juice
1/8 teaspoon poppy seeds
1/8 teaspoon salt
pinch cracked black pepper
pinch garlic powder

cook，以前国内好像常用，花盆里还种过
scallion/green onion好像是差不多的东东，有时也叫spring onion，点缀或者cook都
可以吧，在这里我基本就买这个了
leek是韭葱，跟另外两种比粗了两圈不止，我没怎么用过，但据说味道比较mild, 印象
里可能比较适合炒，烧之类，因为粗层数又多，要很仔细才能洗干净(好像是某个做菜
节目里看到的) |

了哪天都不能错过礼拜五。
今天是onion过期日，就谈谈过期日如何操作吧。先说说今天的操作，用盘前先洗干净
，切记。准备好材料，有
鸡肉，洋葱，青辣椒，干红辣椒丝，花椒，豆瓣酱，酱油，十三香，葱姜，等
操作
1、锅放油，放花椒煸出香味。
2、再放葱姜、鸡肉，炒制肉变色。
3、放干红辣椒丝，加入豆瓣酱，翻炒均匀。
4、放洋葱、青椒翻炒。
5、最后放点酱油、十三香、盐调味即可。
盘中装好。吃完后盘子洗干净，也就是要记得收盘，盘后再整理，照相，贴非死不可博
客等，不在话下。

萌生从Kings Canyon到Onion Valley穿越的想法是在两年前，第一次登上Kearsarge
Pass。站在11800英尺的山口，俯视东边群山。朋友告诉我，那边是Kings Canyon。当

看没人响应征文活动，我只好出来献丑了。。。。争个鼓励奖也好
今年刚开始学做菜，一点功底也没有，也没菜谱，只是凭着记忆还有别人嘴里提到的一
点点信息再加自己想象~~呃~汗一个先
本人属于懒人一族，不太在烧菜上作功夫研究，只求简单好吃就行，哈哈，所以样子难
看了点~~~但是鉴于是我第一次烧牛肉，我已经很慢足了，没有烧坏，味道还不错。
下面是简单的步骤，如有不适之处，还请多加指点，我定虚心接受加以改良~~：
1，超市买的切碎的牛肉，洗净。
2，起油锅，放入牛肉，加料酒，姜磨，炒，然后加五香桂皮（optional),中火焖烧，直至肉色变白。
3，另起一油锅，放入切好的洋葱，胡萝卜，蒜，糖，盐，老抽（生抽？至今还搞不懂
），一点蚝油，花椒，辣椒（如果喜欢辣味）翻炒。。。。
4，把牛肉去汁后加入炒的料中，接着炒。。。。
5，然后烧放点水，盖锅焖烧
6，起锅，可以加点葱，色泽艳丽些~
不知道方法还靠铺不，不过还是挺好吃的， 哈哈。 |

其实现在也不行,至少是要等路开了才行,期望在4,5,6月.
这条路最高处是11000英尺的Kearsarge Pass山口. 风景不是盖的,下面的图片是前几次
拍的,这还只是onion valley这边的景色.
kings canyon里有个山头号称,小half dome. 上次走这条路时,就遇见两个尤它来的,两
天旅程,专为去那里攀岩.

Shun Ken Onion handle knives @ my local Williams Sonoma (Maple Grove, MN)
for a pretty good deal.
I was able to pick up the 9" Carving Knife for 109.99 + tax = 117.99
My brother was able to pick up the 7" Santoku for 99.99 + tax = 106.99 (
Retails on amazon for 199.99)
I was told by one of the salespeople that Williams Sonoma is no longer

This is the elite line which uses SG-2 powdered steel as oppose to the
regular version's VG-10, in simple words it's harder than VG-10 but also
easier to chip. Powdered steel also takes a better edge if you have the

SHRIMP ETOUFFEE， 应该是Louisiana 风味的，微辣海鲜，冬天里吃暖暖的。也是在
别家PARTY吃到好吃先学，然后先卖到劳工DEPT PARTY，挺受欢迎的。而且做起来简单
，如果提前把菜切好，只需要30分钟COOKING TIME。 缺点就是不能放，一放就变色。
所以那天中午溜回家现做，热乎忽端去劳工DEPT PARTY的。吃完LG系里几个人要菜谱。
。。人给介绍说是被改良成中国口味的海鲜。。我晕。。这就是个地道美国菜，准确的
