一百多，绝大多数不做fellowship都能找到工作。
Radiology每年培养一千多一点，这几年就业形势不乐观。绝大多数都需要做1-2年
fellowship。现在热门是Interventional Radiology，很多人竞争。最大问题是在大中
城市和好地方比较难找到工作。 |

发帖数: 371 | 4 radonc不容易申请，但也不是不可能的，要早下手，需要的条件包括：step 1>avg (
240+ or 245+), class rank ideally 1st 25%, at least top half (which implies
that 3rd yr as many honors as possible) etc. AOA helps, and research and
connection with home dept. definitely helps a ton! radonc对科研可能是所有科
室里最高的，而且md/phd比例也最高。
你老公的兴趣到底是啥？rad/radonc说实话差别很大，radonc life style和收入都没
得说，你愿不愿意每天面对癌症病人？rad还是以看片做诊断为主，哪怕是private得IR
，都要做一些诊断的工作，这个是要干20-30年的营生，他自己的兴趣很重要？他是第
几年得？申请radonc要早点动手去建立关系

确实有些影响，估计得做3-4个away rotation而且一定要拿到很好的信，第四年这几个
月很关键了。他有没有做一些相关的研究？任何研究？
我在读研究生的时候碰到过一个penn毕业的哥们专门做了一年的研究来增强自己的申请
到radonc，许多申请皮科、整形、radonc得人选择这条路来增强自己，但是首先它们实
力都很强，我知道的好几个都是aoa，不过只要争取肯定会有收获。

他，除非他自己医学院排名不够好。好像radi-oncology都是名校的上的比例高。他确
实想兼顾癌症研究。科研也是他最闪亮的地方。

adenocarcinoma(腺癌).AVASTIN好像毒性很大,导致GI perforation的,我实在不敢介绍
呀.看来现在新的ONCOLOGY的药也就是拣拣好治的病治治,真正nasty的case也没什么办
法. |

subjects is that these compounds usually have severe side effect. It will be
hard to get IRB approval to enroll healthy subject. The other reason is
because cancer is life threatening disease. Directly enroll patients into
phase I may offer some marginal benefits.
That being said, oncology phase I still aims to identify MTD( Maximal
tolerable dose), and if lucky some PK/PD parameters. Generally, nobody aims
efficacy in phase |

据说ID就是背微生物名，背药名的。如果有医院的工作经验会好点，至少那些anti-
infection injection看到眼熟些。
我打算暑假提前看看，如果可能的话。哈哈。。。
这个暑假我能不上班就不上班了。我们经理已经把我卖给另一家了。我暑假打算好好健

, which bugs cause HPA, which bugs cause neonatal meningitis, etc. |

space". If you don't know what it means just google it. Basically you don't
have your own personal space (office/cubicle). It's more like working in a
library - people sitting around a big desk. Some people like it but many
people hate it. To me it is a big no-no. Something to think about. |

昨天，这些人折腾了一天，白天，晚上皮啦啦，也不知道谁把谁杀了，谁把谁带走了。
反正我先生和孩子被绑架了，就不知道是不是已经遇害了。我本来是打算睡觉的，但他
们头上，地下装电磁波攻击器，让我几乎窒息。虽然我没倒下，但其实他们在我身上扎
的毒针已经蔓延，我能感觉到我的呼吸有窒息的感觉。我想我对他们已经非常仁慈了，
但他们不依不饶地攻击我，欲置我于死地，让我非常生气，特别是肆意伤害我家里的人
，绑架我先生和孩子，而且有许许多多无辜的生命毁于他们之手，有必要把他们曝光。
当然我还没分析这里边是那几个人具体攻击我，伤害我的，但他们显然都是一伙的。鉴
于他们伤害我的头部，胸部 和胃部，我就把这几部分的医生都曝光，受害者慢慢去调
查，追查他们吧。

作为科技工作者，我们十分关切国内近来多起有关学术研究不端的指控事件。我们愿意
针对科学研究诚信的重要问题表示如下观点：
1. 我们反对任何形式的学术不端行为，并强烈主张一个科技工作者应当保持高标准的
学术道德规范。我们支持揭露任何形式的学术不端。与此同时，要确证学术不端的 案
例，我们必须遵循合法和适当的调查程序。例如，美国公共卫生署关于学术研究不端行
为的处理指南规定，对学术研究不端行为指控的调查，起初应当是非公开 的，其首先
应当由所涉及机构的内部委员会调查并处理。“无罪假定 (Innocent until proven
guilty)”是我们在调查学术不端的指控时必须遵守的一个重要原则。
2. 如果争论或指控不能够在该研究机构内部解决，那么，更高的主管部门和基金支持
