患者吴XX，男，24岁，2008年09因“发热”就诊诊断为急性淋巴细胞白血病L2，化疗后
达CR，骨髓一直处于CR，但反复出现中枢神经系统白血病（CNS-L），间断行腰穿+鞘注
40余次，前12次鞘注药物为Ara-C40mg、MTX15mg、DXM5mg，后鞘注药物为Ara-C50mg、
MTX10mg、DXM5mg，2012-04-26脑脊液再次见幼稚细胞，行腰穿+鞘注Ara-C50mg、
MTX10mg、DXM5mg三次，05-01行侧脑室OMMAYA囊置入术，02日、03日予MTX3mg、DXM1mg
经OMMAYA囊注入，04、06、08日注入Ara-C50mg、MTX10mg、DXM2mg，脑脊液转阴，10、
12、17日再次注入Ara-C50mg、MTX10mg、DXM2mg，脑脊液检查未见幼稚细胞，05-22注
