突然想起来，今天是元宵节。可是，已经有十几年没有在家过元宵了。
掐指一算，北京是我生活过最久的城市。读书加工作，我在北京的西北郊居住了几乎十年
。如果要写这些年的回忆，“京华十年录”是个现成的名字，可惜这名字早在我去北京之
前就已经被梁晓声用过了。北京是个好地方，然而我只是“混在北京”，家的感觉是不曾
有过的。
这样说起来，究竟哪里才算是家呢？
训诂一下呢，“家”就是房顶下要有一头猪。现在是New Millenium，不是农业时代了，
这个定义显然有些落伍。Mousekiller的冰箱上贴着一个Magnet，上面是个胖猫咪在说，H
ome is where the cat is! 这个比较make sense，至少午梦来楼上楼下乱窜的时候屋里
就很有生气，早上醒来发现她毛茸茸的尾巴卷在脖子上也是literally的很“温馨”。
可是还是没有在家里过年的感觉。没有满天的电光炮，没有舞龙的队伍；没有香肠和腊肉
，没有麻将声声。然而，就算这些都有了，老爸老妈不在这里，就永远都不会真的是家里
。
问题是，老爸老妈的家又在哪里呢？

DMF可以充当由羧酸和硫酰氯或者磷(V)酰氯生成羧酸酰氯的催化剂。
萃取除大量DMF的关键是（a）反应停止后，把有机相倒入或者滴入水相（会放热），同
时剧烈搅拌。水相体积至少是有机相体积的5-8倍以上（推荐10-20倍）。这个水相应该
保持酸性或者弱酸性（pH 3-5），比如加入1/4-1/2体积的蒸馏水的饱和氯化铵水溶液
（加入额外的水防止氯化铵析出），或者酸性的Na2HPO4-NaH2PO4的高浓度缓冲溶液。
（b）然后用低极性的有机溶剂萃取，比如乙醚，二氯甲烷，TBME等。乙酸乙酯也可以
。（c）合并后的有机相用饱和氯化铵水溶液洗1-2次。（d）后继操作视产物性质而定。
即使这样萃取了，还是有少量DMF会混到粗产品中，但绝对是少量的DMF。走柱子或者重
结晶是我常用的后续手段。
举例：在10.0 mL DMF中用EDC+HOBt合成一个Z-Glu(OtBu)-Ile-OMe(理论产率2.2 g左右
，做了两次了，产物象口香糖，gummy，低温冷冻也不成形，郁闷)。经过上述关键步骤

2007年来加拿大之前，我就期望着能做一名卡车司机，驾驶着大型卡车在北美的大地上
纵横驰骋。为了达到这一目标，我到多伦多后一方面做送货司机以熟悉北美交通规则和
多伦多的道路，另一方面抓紧时间考驾照，七个月时间里先后考到G2、G直至卡车牌照A
Z。考虑到近视开车的不便，又回国做了激光校正手术，回来后又申请赴美签证，这里因
事先未筹划好，所以相当于耽误了一个多月的时间，至今年2008年1月底终于完成了各方
面准备，可以从事卡车司机职业了。这时公司让我做营运部Manager，我就从事了这新的
工作，然而卡车司机之梦却一直魂牵梦绕。到了每年运输高峰的六七月，招卡车司机的
也日益增多。为了心中的梦想，经仔细考虑，权衡再三，我还是辞去了Manager的职务，
开始寻找卡车司机的工作机会。通过努力，更是经过长时间多方面的筹备，我终于踏上
了卡车司机之路。
我的第一个Trip，总共有三项运输任务，当然这是最后才知道。第一项是从多伦多到温
