周末去参加了一个朋友的朋友在Olympic附近的一个婚礼
奢华的一个大house里面的一个小型婚礼
ceremony在后院举行，面对着山和湖
新娘是花店的姑娘，把自己的婚礼的全部的花朵设计非常有爱

WaterBull等等, 本版气氛确实好, 没有各位大佬的鼓励和传授经验, 昨天的比赛我是
无论如何无法完成的.
再来说一下昨天比赛的过程, 可谓是各种没想到, 第一次比赛, 加之之前我家老太太各
种叮嘱, 传递国内跑马拉松猝死什么的这种负面新闻, 昨天的比赛我就没有放开使劲,
也确实是第一次比赛, 以顺利完赛为目的, 对结果看的并不重. 最后的结果是:
Swimming: 37:37.924 Rank 92 T1 4:43.270 Bike: 1:24:58.645 Rank
84 T2 2:33.196 Running: 1:03:58.751 Rank 82 Total 3:13:51.

其实我觉得能跑过终点没中间退出, 真的就挺开心的了. 主要分析一下过程, 昨天失误
真是不少, 不过最后高速跑过终点的时候, 真的觉得什么成绩不成绩的, 都不重要了.

每年9月的5150 Galveston今年被ironman 5150踢了，所以在ironman网站找不到。
而且我google了galveston， 5150， triathlon这些关键词，都找不到！！
去年的官网5150.com也没有更新，我一直以为今年取消了，还很失望
结果最近终于找到上面那个连接，现在从5150 galveston改名称为galveston
triathlon
我去年去了sprint，今年准备挑战Olmpic
btw，本来报名了5月份的Austin的Captex tri，但今年德州大雨，tri的游泳部分被取消
连续2年captex我都放鸽子了。。。真是跟这个比赛木缘分。。。

I’m sorry, but this was possibly the worst Olympic Opening Ceremonies for
the past 50 years. Perhaps the Brits loved it, but the rest of the world was
bored to tears. It was also cringe-worthy at times, such as when the men
from the Industrial Revolution and 19th century clothes started break-
dancing or all the digging and then the kids in their pajamas…just terrible
. The way so much of the presentation was pre-taped too was mind-boggling.

No thank you. Please keep the Olympics anywhere but here. My tax dollars are
already required to pay for too many things - I could really care less
about an amateur / professional / whatever competition about field events
that don't matter once you leave college. In addition, it just adds
congestion and delays to people who need to get work done. Last, I don't
want/need a bunch of tourists from all over driving up demand for goods and
services.

地。到处都是商家搭起的帐篷，当然是买东西了。特别是Nike，几乎把小商场搬来了。
场外是巨大的电视，现场直播。先是美国国歌，然后开始比赛。很有趣的是，我看到屏
幕上枪响，听到的却是从隔壁传来的枪声！这就是现场。美国的田径不赚钱，运动员怎
么办？原来大公司资助。大部分人受Nike, Adidas, Ascics 等公司赞助才来的。
值得注意的是现场的保安工作。开幕式没有烟火，却有美国空军的2架战斗机呼啸而过！
eugene 警察局的防炸弹卡车也出动了。但现场的警察不多。
Eugene市民也不含糊。已经有附近的居民打出"泊车，20块一晚"的牌子。 |

Figure skating is really enjoyable to watch. Especially the one performed by
