又试了一下，似乎是编码问题，USB硬盘上的播不了，拷在windows 7底下的一个硬盘里
的就可以播了。可能USB盘上的文件还是XP时期的编码，windows 7里应该是UTF8了。
那个左右声道的问题，以前好像就有，大概原来就是错的。下周找时间给你发几个文件
看看。
我那个欧凯歌曲的目录下，似乎只有dat和mpeg文件，都没加密。
必须要OKV文件吗？如果目录变了，原来的OKV，OKS之类的文件还有用吗？谢谢了。 |

分行的帐户转帐到国外分行同一名下的帐户？如果是台湾内部不同银行的转帐，可以去
银行或邮局填汇款单。如果是跨行从台湾银行转钱到国外另外一家银行，那应该不叫转
帐吧。基本上就是外汇，到外汇部门去办。
