今天收到加州的 Johnson & Pham, LLP来信，要价15000.
关键是我寄的时候盒子里面还夹带了一个computer hardware.
这种情况怎么办，看板上有讨论，也不知道最后结果如何。
律师信里面提到“on xxx 1, 2015, while examining possible infringing listings
, plaintiff purchased a counterfeit adboe-branded product from defendants..."
我觉得这个counterfeit 用词不对吧。 OEM的不能叫counterfeit的吧？
另外信里提到 "correct copy of the payment detail in attached hereto as
Exhibit D", 整个里面都没找到这个payment copy.
是不是ignore 这封信，还是友情回个Email说有retail store的receipt/invoice？
