全篇文章都是认同跑步的好处,但是提醒过渡锻炼可能和心脏病有关联。
一些网友跳出来羞辱讽刺。我无所谓。文章总有喜欢和不喜欢的。
Rodimus对该帖极为不满,说running版不欢迎这类文章,封了很难看。同时说置顶文章
有类似讨论了。
我发帖反驳,问他是不是私人俱乐部,不允许公开发帖,同时要他拿出白底黑字的版规
看我违反了哪一条。我说我读了置顶文章,要么是空连接,要么内容不相同。
Rodimus 根本拿不出任何版规,居然发帖说我是受虐狂。

counteraction (CA) as our upper bodies followed the skis. Well, true, but we
were supposed to focus on CB on day 2, weren’t we? Anyway, CA became the
theme of day 3.
Jay explained to us that CA is used to make better ski edge grip. (I think
it also makes release much easier.) When skis point to one direction, we

文章比较长,我给个尽量简短易懂的摘要。我只陈述客观现象,不作道德评判。
如果有1000个男的,1000的女的,放到一个孤岛上。理论上,他们很快会结成1000对伴
侣,但实际上比这复杂多了。
这1000个女的当中,有800个会去围着男的当中200个条件最好的转。这200个男的平均
每人有四个女的,于是就变得花心,在多个女的中间周旋,保持好几个炮友。而其他
800个男的就很难操上逼,心理容易出问题,有的会攻击那些Top 20%的男的,成为杀人

我发帖反驳,问他是不是私人俱乐部,不允许公开发帖,同时要他拿出白底黑字的版规
看我违反了哪一条。我说我读了置顶文章,要么是空连接,要么内容不相同。我反问他
看我的文章没有。
Rodimus 根本拿不出任何版规,还说我的文章他不屑一看,居然发帖说我是受虐狂。
我发帖反驳说他动不动冒充全版不欢迎新人,还无根据威胁封人,是虐待狂。
Rodimus恼羞成怒,把我的帖子和后面更贴的对话全删了。
闹了半天是个不看贴就摆架子,威胁人,骂人,删帖的版主。混mit这么多年,还真遇
到极品版主了。
我要问站务,一个版主管理版面是靠版规还是靠威胁恐吓?繁荣版面是靠搞一言堂还是
容纳不同意见?

In my many years in this sport, I have never seen any reasonably
complete article in the magazines dealing with open water swimming (they
seem to rehash the same basic stuff every few years). A lot of them talk
about how to draft, or tell you to look up every few strokes to stay on
course, but very few seem to deal with the subject in much detail.
