，医生还是先用传统的stripping。美国有三种：laser oblation， radiofrequency
oblation， chemical injection closure. 对象：great saphenous vein, small
saphenous vein, anterolateral accessory vein and perforators.
Laser针对large veins，效果好，复发率底，但是时候淤青严重。
radiofrequency 针对直道血管至少7cm长才可以，太弯曲的不行，
chemical injection比较少用，术后皮肤变色回复比较久。
sclerotherapy治标不治本，一般术后处理不消除小血管的。 |

水星近日点的移动问题是一个具有历史重要性的问题。其重要性不是因为
这一现象本身对天体物理有多么重要，而是因为相对论学者们把这问题当成支持相对论
反对经典力学的重要实验证据，被认为是“广义相对论的三大实验检验”之一。
所谓水星的近日点，就是水星轨道离太阳最近的那一点。所有的行星轨道都是椭圆，只
不过有的椭圆偏心率很小，几乎是个圆。地球轨道就非常接近一个圆。椭圆有两个焦点
，太阳就落在其中一个焦点上，所以椭圆轨道的长轴的两端一个离太阳最近，叫近日点
，一个离太阳最远，叫远日点。近日点和远日点的移动就是椭圆轨道长轴（或短轴）的
移动。如果把太阳和行星都看成为质点，并且在计算行星轨道时，忽略所有其他行星的
存在，那末行星轨道的长短轴是不会移动的。也就是说，近日点是不会移动的。可是这
种理想的条件不符合实际情况。因为第一，太阳本身不是一个质点，而是一个扁球体（
oblate sphere）；第二，太阳系里有九个行星和其他物质。它们的相互作用会影响到

术，我想问一下上海或北京有哪家好点的医院能做laser oblation的？是不是叫EVLT？
我google了下，貌似都是小医院在做这类治疗。美国已经不再做手术治疗了吗？ |
