，这个code DD是雇主和雇员一起分摊的医疗保险费，但上一年度和这一年度自付的保
费都差不多只有三四千美金（虽然自付premium本身已经比obamacare之前要贵了两三倍
），所以雇主这部分相当于飙升了三四倍了。
看来新闻里说的Obamacare导致保费飙升远比我之前认识的严重得多，这飙升不单指对
雇员自付的premium，对雇主付的premium部分飙升更厉害。
但雇主分摊的premium部分这个普通人比较难觉察到，因为只有收到年终的W2才看得到
，公司里平时也没提到这个事。感觉很多公司很难负担起每个员工这多出的3万5美金开
销啊。
好奇的是，为何雇主这部分premium的飙升比雇员那部分延迟了两年？ |

保险公司为了赚钱，obamacare要求把所有人都加进来，而且individual买的plan
preimium不能太高，而且有病的也得保，所以只好就是给别人的premium加高了 |

每个人都有需要别人帮助的时候，特别是年龄大了之后。
很多中国人，65岁之前的医疗保险会是一个大麻烦，因为很多人肯定做不到65岁就会失
去现在的工作，需要自己去买保险。如果你没有保险，在你自己失去意识的时候被别人
送进医院的话，你肯定就破产了。但是年纪大的人保费太贵了，也会使很多华人接近破
产的边缘（新的医保法案补助太少，而且老人的费用可以是年轻人的5倍，Obamacares
是3倍）。
收高收入人士的medicare taxes也是好事，否则medicare可能会提前破产。 |

家里有孩子的你敢不买？好，贵20%。我知道川粉为了MAGA是不怕的，反正时不时的也
