议背后的“贿赂门”真相，事隔两年，华盛顿无党派政论报《国会山报》10月17日也刊
发该媒体对此事件调查的结果，使得外界再次聚焦希拉里在铀协议达成过程中扮演的角
色。
这份备受质疑的铀协议是希拉里在担任美国国务卿期间签署的。该协议批准俄罗斯国有
原子能公司（Rosatom）收购掌控美国20%产铀能力的加拿大矿业公司铀壹（Uranium
One）。这一协议的签订使得俄罗斯得以控制美国铀产能的五分之一。
俄罗斯《真理报》2013年1月曾刊发以《俄罗斯核能征服世界》为题的文章，披露
了铀协议给俄罗斯带来的巨大利益。这笔交易让Rosatom成为世界上最大的铀生产商之
