Monday. According to the Maryland based company, Phase II clinical trials
of its seasonal influenza virus-like particle vaccine showed the vaccine was
well tolerated and worked well against three types of seasonal flu,

根据外媒报道，一家名为Solyndra的美国光伏企业在美国加州北部地区的一家地区
法院向中国最大的三家光伏制造企业尚德电力(TP.NYSE)、英利绿色能源(YGE.NYSE)和
天合光能(TSL.NYSE)提起反垄断诉讼。Solyndra称这三家公司大打价格战并操纵产品价
格，太阳能板价格在美国售价四年里同步下跌了75%，让其产品无法与从中国进口的产

比如周五深沪总成交量过一万亿，周四9千亿。
但是我查了一下美国的历史数据，NYSE在2007-2010年，频创天量。最高的一天是2008
年9月19日，
成交量是1663亿美元。换人民币就是10227亿RMB。这才是NYSE一家，NASDAQ今年随便一
天高潮日的成交量都是6，700亿美元，不要说08年的高峰期了。
两个加起来，远远超过目前深沪的A股成交量。
不知道这个世界纪录是怎么来的。
不信你们查查2008到2010年NYSE的成交量数据，过1000亿的日子非常多。
没有诋毁天朝股市的想法，只是较一下真而已。 |

有人说2009的美股的牛市是低价股带动起来的，这种说法不无道理。如果你统计一下
2009年标普500成分公司10亿美金市值以下的股票和10亿美金以上股票的总体表现，你
就会发现这些“垃圾股”涨幅远远将高价股抛在身后。
但NASDAQ和NYSE的潜力股已大多被挖了出来，于是我将眼光投向了关注度较低的OTC板。
虽然OTC板受到的关注比NASDAQ和NYSE低，但拥有大量的质优股。如市值成百上千亿美
金的RHHBY和BAYRY。如果说2009年NYSE和NASDAQ低价股风光无限，那么今年可能要轮到
OTC的质优低价股了。

并承诺将"M"这个代码转让给Microsoft，

Avnet (AVT:NYSE) upgraded at Deutsche from Hold to Buy. $39 price target.
Operating leverage should help drive earnings growth.
Con-way (CNW:NYSE) downgraded at BofA/Merrill to Neutral from Buy as market
is saturated with capacity. Price target drooped to $39 from $42.

of new 52 Week Lows must both be greater than 2.2 percent of total NYSE
issues traded that day.
2. That the smaller of these numbers is greater than or equal to 69 (68.
772 is 2.2% of 3126). This is not a rule but more like a checksum. This
condition is a function of the 2.2% of the total issues.
3. That the NYSE 10 Week moving average is rising.
4. That the McClellan Oscillator is negative on that same day. |

按照他的说法， 一股普通股， 给0.53股认股权，
认购价格为45$/share。感觉还是有利可图的呀，
没有人准备买入吗？
另外，按照他们的term，我们Jan 12， 2011当天买入是不是
就可以了？
另外，有没有人讲一下，如何exercise 这个warrant？
可以立马转手卖掉，套现走人吗？
我的计划是，Jan 12, 2011, 买入500股AIG，假定55/share. 应该保证拿到warrnt,
270share warrant 45$/share.
然后， 一个星期后卖掉AIG, 还是55/share, 假定股本身不赚钱。
再拿这个钱去买270 share的 warrant share 45$/share.，再在
55$/share卖掉。
这样，大概有2700$的进账。
这种做法有没有什么问题？ 会不会被套牢？
