好，严格（注：XIN是中国房地产商在NYSE唯一一家，另一个CHLN在名声一般的NASDAQ
，是RTO转板）。
我们已经看到很多私有化的公司。也许他们会到别处上市，再经过一个过程。我认为

严格。我喜欢这个，作为中国房地产商在NYSE唯一代表（注意不是问题最多的NASDAQ)
，价值是真的话就不怕体现不出来。而有些私有化的其实是真有问题的（如HRBN)。
管理层也说有私有基金接触过他们，而他们没有动心。

发帖数: 536 | 50 昨晚汽车之家ATHM终于把价格订下来了，今天大概就可以交易了。最开始设定是12-14
刀，后来涨到14-16刀，靠!昨天上市晚上把价格定到17刀了,在美发行7.82M股（总股数
大概是96.1M股).
虽然它的流量，营收，利润账面上看得不错，增长也行。但是不知道水分有几大。拿它
现在的一个主要竞争对手易车网BITA（现在也在美国上市）。两者相比表面上汽车之家
的利润要强，但是我觉得从后劲来讲，强不到太多。
易车网BITA一共43.4M股，历史最高位35.04，最低5.09。现在由于增发和汽车之家上市
BITA价格下来了是28.75。汽车之家现在是一共96.1M股，定价17。
我具体的不了太多，但觉得它这个17刀，如果总股数和易车网一样，那这个价基本就是
朝易车网历史最高价的位置订上去的。这个订得是不是太高了，这些人不是太贪了也许
就是太过乐观了。
觉得国内汽车业新车购买的增长未来不会有这几年快乐，它们这种汽车网站的流量增加
也会渐渐慢下来，同时现在同类型或相似的网站竞争会越来越多。所以感觉它这个价太
高了。本来如果它定13刀，我肯定买不少。15刀我也可能买点试水。17刀这个我就不打
