和SCA5一样重要，纽约民主党市长要改变重点高中录取方式。
纽约市内有八所重点公立高中，是单凭考分录取的，一般一半以上录取通知书都发给了
亚裔。由于不少白人孩子录取后会选择私立高中，所以这些学校里华人学生的比例能到
六成。对于这种录取方式，和加大录取一样，西语后裔和非洲后裔一直在抱怨他们的孩
子录取比例太低。和加州州长两次否决SCA5类似法案一样，纽约的布隆伯格市长也一直
顶着不肯改变学校录取方式。现在民主党的新任市长明确提出要改变考分录取，只要纽
约州议会同意，“考分录取”就会改成“多元化录取”。
和加州不一样的地方，就是纽约现在这几所重点高中的华裔学生主要是新移民贫困或者
中下层家庭的孩子，如果失去了这些学校的名额，他们就只能在低水平的纽约城普通高

楼更是如此，过去几个月就发生两起谋杀，两起抢劫。为什么楼梯间灯会灭？因为贩毒
的干坏事的，就是把灯搞坏，他们就可以在楼梯间里自由活动。住在这种楼里的人，尤
其是行动不便的老人，就象住在监狱里一样，每天受这些罪犯的骚扰。这才会有警察去
巡逻，把这些罪犯赶走。坐电梯到楼顶，然后走楼梯下来，叫vertical patrol。纽约
警察总长说了，在这种楼里作vertical patrol，掏不掏枪每个警察自己决定。这是他

这已经不是第一次华人大举向白宫签名请愿，这说明在输出中国春晚，大妈广场舞

起诉不起诉一个人，是地方检察官的事，用十几万人民的呼声吓唬白宫，逼着白宫
表态或者干脆下令赦免梁警官，这不就等于让白宫凌驾于司法之上吗？美国好不容易花
四五百年建立起来的三权分立，如果这么轻而易举就让中国人给废了，好像有点可惜。
