我的经历估计在美国不少见————租住公寓，热水器故障漏水造成损失， 物业和房
东耍赖要我赔偿修理费用，绑架房租和我的信用逼我交费。经过几天从出离愤怒／不知
所措／恶心到现在准备诉讼，我决定 把自己的经历和从中吸取的经验教训写下来，给
大家做个参考，另加请教问题。
今年5月中旬的时候由于热水器蛇形管老化发生了渗漏（2007年生产的water heater，
搬进来一年来物业一直没有做年度 inspection) 。我住2楼，热水器放在单元中间的一
个closet里，平时门是关着的。由于 是83年的老房子，隐藏在地毯下的地板上有很多
裂缝（后面有图），楼下的单元一直是被作为建筑材料的储藏室，无人居住，导致水先
渗到楼下。一开始只有巴掌大的一小块，当时我还以为是家里的猫尿在地上还是吐了一

SHRIMP ETOUFFEE， 应该是Louisiana 风味的，微辣海鲜，冬天里吃暖暖的。也是在
别家PARTY吃到好吃先学，然后先卖到劳工DEPT PARTY，挺受欢迎的。而且做起来简单
，如果提前把菜切好，只需要30分钟COOKING TIME。 缺点就是不能放，一放就变色。

there was a patrol of emerging 17-year cicadas on a sweet-gum tree. I
picked up as many as I could fit in one hand, took them home, and sautéed
them in margarine. They're delicious! They have a somewhat nutty flavor,
and to me they seem tastier than shrimp. Just don't overcook them. The
last time I tried this with a 2-year cicada it ended up more like a potato

FLEXSEED OIL哪都有，一定买COLD PRESS的。这个别买太多，很容易氧化了。 开封以
后要放冰箱。这个油不耐高温，一般我用来当麻油使。 味道很香，很NUTTY。 也有
FLEXSEED MEAL可以放在麦片里吃。
心脏不好可以用鱼油，COQ10.一定试试COQ10. 能让心脏收缩的有力。人体50岁以后
COQ10的程度比20岁就少了一半以上了。而且从食物中很难补充。 COQ10也是挺有讲究
的。
任何保健品都不要去CHINA TOWN买。 保健品鱼目混珠，只要不含30种有毒物质，就可
