I could still get by if she wasn't here, but the quality of the care would
have gone down significantly.Also I would have to send the baby to the
daycare a while ago, which to me is something I've been trying to avoid
before she turns 2.
My mom really listens to me and recognizes different ways here of nurturing

再仔细看，才知道breast pump大部分是只适用于一个人使用。多人使用有传播疾病的
危险。
按规定只有美国FDA检查过，医院级的breast pump才能多人使用。这种pump在设计上考

如果是主动给别人收养，按美国的政策，基本上都是由相当的经济实力并且很爱孩子的
那种家庭。这样的家庭不就是我说的那种对孩子绝对不打不骂得家庭么？
我没有否认可能的遗传因素。正如你说的，同卵双胞胎的基因相同，那么如果是有缺陷
（就是我假想需要刺激后完成神经发育），那么同卵双胞本来就比异卵更容易都有这种
隐藏的缺陷，要是都在“美好”的家庭，当然最后都得病的几率比异卵大。没有家庭环
境的比较，这个数据就没有意义去否认我的观点。
你也说了，上一代的中国人，没有多少被专家诊断过自闭。大家都活得好好的。可见，
1。这种病不全是遗传的生理疾病
2。这种病很可能不需要医生治疗，适当的家庭/社会活动都有可能减轻这种病到无法发
现的地步。
很有可能，自闭症为什么在孩子开始上幼儿园等接触其他人群后出现（我看过网上几个
可怜的母亲的描述，基本上都是上幼儿园以后老师告诉他们的），一个很可能的原因就
是他们生理上/心理上无法接受一个全心全意为他们着想的新环境。从而自己把自己保
护起来。

孩子不是都比较听老师的话，老师说什么肯定做的。
问题是孩子偶然story time, 分神了，需要严厉的指出么？
这里的妈妈似乎都觉得无所谓， 我觉得宝宝很sad, 班上另一个中国孩子也很sad, 这
是偶然么？ 我和宝宝的speech specialist 谈了， 她觉得老师还是有问题的。 和
school owner也谈了，主要对具体的事情， 圣诞过后第一天我们回去，一在走廊里孩
子就哭了， 我没拉她也没抱， 想看老师怎么反应， 老师不管，甚至没在干什么也没
管，然后宝宝不哭了， 一个老师出去不知道干什么， 就冷漠的走过宝宝身边也不管，
这个是校长自己能听见看见的， 我什么也没说， 她就问我是不是觉得老师不太
nurturing,
孩子很sad, 我能就看着她自己挣扎么？ |

我一个人带了3岁多的儿子整整一年。
有几件事情，你需要考虑好：
1.工作schedule，能不能保证下班时间
2.preschool schedule，有没有一点点的灵活性。比如我有过数次都是迟到的，态度很
好的交罚款。但是也需要学校的老师能理解
3.back-up，有没有一个nanny可以oncall，有没有family care可以在学校关门的时候
送，有没有朋友可以帮忙（有的学校的老师可以帮忙babysit，或者提供信息。）
4.朋友圈。你的朋友圈是你重要的support，孩子的朋友圈是孩子能克服困难的保证。
我觉得如果孩子pre-school的班级比较好，可以提供非常好的support。我很lucky，儿
子班里的家长非常close。
5.routine。养成习惯。保持一致。
6.对自己的要求。不要太高。越高越容易frustrated，越frustrated越容易出问题。
7.钱。能用钱解决的问题都不是问题。
8.pamper自己。只有自己happy了，才能愉快的照顾孩子。nurture yourself。

举例说
当一个孩子哭闹要霸占全部四个玩具，或者要吃超过自己份额的糖果时候，父母需要做
的，不是立刻上升到你自私，你不乖这种上纲上线的范畴，而是蹲下来，温柔而坚定地
搂住自己的孩子，用理解的口气，对他/她说，哦，我知道你非常想要这所有的玩具，
我知道你都很喜欢，我知道你在家里的时候，这些玩具你认为都是你的，妈妈明白，但
是现在，（陈述他不能都独占的理由）。
从理论上讲，label孩子当时心里的想法，（虽然有可能是家长标准的不好的想法），
有助于让哭闹的孩子更清晰自己的思维（因为，作为小孩子，很多时候她因为模糊的想
法而哭闹了，等哭闹起来已经忘记了为什么哭闹，而哭闹成为唯一的想法，越不清楚，
越frustrate，最终演变为为了哭闹而哭闹，自己停止不下来）。
甚至，理论上，是可以适当地做一些妥协，比如说，宝宝只有两个手，我们不要四个玩
具，只要两个玩具好不好？小孩子有时候，在清楚了之后，也需要下一个台阶。而且感
到自己也有一定的做主权利。
