My mortgage is currently 5 yr ARM at 2.625, and the first 5yrs have 3.5 yrs
left. Now the 30 yr fixed rate is 3.5for me. The 10 yr note rate is kind of
flat currently , but may potentially rise. Should I refi now to lock a
longer rate? |

现在里面有大概20个游戏，在ps3上打开就很慢，跟playstation store一样慢，界面也
一样
每个游戏选了之后，有三个选项，1天，7天，30天，现在都是free的，以后估计是通过
这种方式交钱的。这个很适合白金狂人啊，直接断gamefly的后路。
我们家的网络比较特别，因为电视周围没有cable，所以用的是两个router的bridge。
而ps3又不支持802.11n。所以router1接cable，router2在电视处，router1和router2
是bridge。router3是802.11b/g，直接接到router1上，专门给不支持n的准备的（还有
3ds。。。）
ps3如果用有线的话，接router2，psn也总连不上（之前就这问题）。看片的盒子也是
接到router2的，都没有问题，所以估计这个是ps3的问题。
playstation now在这种情况下接有线，测试是没有问题的（playstation now自带的测
试），但是用起来是没法用的，画面卡回上个世纪80年代的电视水平，完全没法游戏。
换成无线的话，带宽就有些问题了，所以也没法游戏... 阅读全帖 |

这片的imdb和iron man 3一样完全有老美的无意识爱国情结和英雄情结作祟
now you see me的trailer做的就很炫，剧情也比较新颖，当然新颖背后的问题就是为
了令人意想不到，很多剧情都安排的很牵强，逻辑很变扭
now you see me 和inception的差别就在这里。顺带想到了the usual suspect也是新
颖外加逻辑的经典。什么叫电影中雾里看花摸不着头脑，什么叫看完后原来如此柳暗花
明又一村，既能用悬疑抓住观众，在揭晓后让人毫不犹豫buy it，the usual suspect
这种就是。。。类似的还有第六感，记忆碎片等

Basically, streaming and DVD rental services will be separated now costing $
8 each and old packages will not be grandfathered.

NOW新聞台今日引述在越南平陽設廠的香港商人指，港資工廠損毀不比台資嚴重，原因
是近年愈來愈多台資工廠裁員，勞資雙方積怨，才是這次大型騷亂的主因。
越南南部平陽省工業區的工人，近2萬民眾分批衝擊台資工廠，上千間廠房遭搶掠破壞
，2名台商受傷。
NOW的報道指，在越南經營服裝生意的港商區先生位於平陽的製衣廠都受騷動波及，不
少港商辦公室和廠房被搗亂，雜物四散，但與台資工廠相比，損毀不算太嚴重：
「香港廠反而無大礙，現在最嚴重是台商，香港人的廠一般對工人都不會太過分，台灣

了中文；我昨天因为赶时间没加英文，这部分会员可能收到CAUSES的EMAIL，根本就看
