and the EAD/AP were approved on Jan. 19, 2012.
However I saw so many applicants who filed the cases later than me got their
green cards. I called the USCIS and they said it's case by case. I have no
choice but waiting. Anyone has a similar case? Thanks |

我从来也没有想过降级的事情， 两天前律师主动发信给我,说要给我降级到Eb-3。
"For the May bulletin your priority date in the EB-3 category is current,
while the EB-2 category is retrogressed. Accordingly, [XXX My employer's
name] authorized us to file an EB-3 petition on your behalf in an effort to
allow you to take advantage of the priority date being current. This second
filing will not impact your current EB-2 petition. It will remain active as

working on the cases qualified (all the needed material are availabe and
effective) no later than Nov 2014.
Though my priority date is May 2011, however, because my RFE was submit in
Mar 2015. I still need to wait...Not sure whether what the customer
representative said is reliable or not...It is what she said...

You are working for lower billing rates and salaries than you are worth/

Nov 16th, 2017 case被转到NBC。但是到现在都没有收到面试通知，反而收到了再次打
指纹的通知（汗死！）
想问问大家11月16号左右转NBC的大家都收到面试了么？感觉上NBC好像已经touch我的
case了，但是因为指纹不过所以被搁置了又，不知道这样要耽误多久啊。。。 会不会
这次就赶不上了，然后EB3就U了啊。。。泪奔！！ |
