间即可推出北京时间。但是有的时候系统处在夏令时地区和状态下。这个时候要获得系
统的夏令时状态才能得出正确的
北京时间来。但是不是windows要连上网跟时钟服务器同步的时候才能获得哪天开始是
夏令时吧？或者有没有什么办法
直接获得global的时间呢？
按照timeanddate.com的说法，夏令时适用于以下的地区。
