盐、料酒、柠檬汁、葱、姜、蒜、油、醋、老抽、糖。
做法：
1、鱼切成1~2厘米左右片，然后加盐、料酒、柠檬汁、葱姜蒜粉腌制15分钟；
2、葱切成末，辣椒干切碎；
3、油锅内放少量油，小火煸炒葱末、辣椒干、八角；
4、爆出香味后，加入醋、老抽、糖、鸡精、糖和少量水调味；
5、调好的酱汁放入碗中冷却；
6、锅内倒入适量油，烧至五成热后放入鱼片炸到金黄；
