好不容易找到Collegeville的房子还比较affordable，稍微远点也就算了，这个
nuclear power plant就比较头疼了。大家能不能推荐一下附近还有哪个区能找到30万
左右和collegeville的比较类似的房子？agent说media比较贵（房子和税），那
layayeet hills/plymouth meeting怎么样，算是好location吗？
像haverford/marple newtown这些学区，排名5、60（根据schooldigger），和排名20
几的比起来，对resell的影响到底有多大？

稍微大一点吧，而且里phila稍微近一点，方便周末进城买个菜吃个饭啥的。
这些town里面都有中国超市吗？或者房价和安全上面的有什么建议。我budget大概5，600
左右，想租一个bed room，最好有private bath。

更不行，治安差，交通也不便。你最好是在MAVLERN附近找，那个地方也有不少中国餐
馆，商店，生活挺方便的。 |

分钟kop local。malvern就一个margarat guo，如果那算中餐馆的话。还有一个great
valley shopping center里很小的典型美国小镇的中国grocery store，没啥了吧？

KOP has low property tax and so so school district. I live in KOP area, it
is a good shopping area, supermarkets, big mall and outlet nearby (
Philadelphia premium outlet).My family usually go to Exton for Chinese food,
Norristown for Japanese buffet. And it takes about 40 mins to drive to
Philadelphia chinatown. |

working in the Center City Philadelphia, they usually take trains or buses
to get around everyday. Driving is not a good option to the city. My
everyday commute takes about 2 hours (I take Norristown speed line then blue
line to the center city, if i take the buses route 125/124 the time is hard
to say, it usually take longer than trains since the bus will take longer
on the 76 highway ) And the on street parking in Chinatow |

surprised that the price can vary from $120 to $300. There is one place
which only charges around $120 in Norristown. Find one convenient for you
but you don't want to pay more than $200. Make sure you search from

十mile的一个小town,on-site的时候我开车从费城机场到那里开了一个多钟头(好久)..
所以我可能就近找房子...
现在该开始看找apartment,可以实在没什么经验不知道怎么在网上找?网上直接搜
apartment+地名,出来一大堆,又不知道好坏....又不太可能实地去跑很多地方..
所以问问各位版友,你们有什么推荐的网站方便找租的apartment的吗?有客观review的

我看看假如就近找的话..哪个地方比较好...比如安全,交通便利的那种..

问题是。。这个小城周围没有学校，完全找不到夏季临时的sublets。。
联系过Craigslist上面找long term lease的，人家完全不接受短期。。。
退而求其次，想说租Upenn周围的lease。。。因为相对Temple，Upenn周围要安全太多
了。。
房源倒是很多，不过我目前最大的问题是：
1. 如果住在Univ. City周围，我每天都需要花2个小时以上在transportation上。。。
2. 更要命的是。。我发现在Google Map上从6月开始，它总是不提供Manayunk/
Norristown
Line的路径，似乎这条train是在6月会停开吗？？
因为我是一个女生而且第一次去费城，实在不清楚这里的情况，还希望大家多给我一些
建议。。。谢
