去了趟德国，看到他们国家的家庭中几乎看不到水，因为大家都知道水的危害
之大，所以都不用，朋友告诉我不要再用了，我还不当回事，习惯喝汤喝水洗手洗澡，
又懒得干搓，看到下面这篇水的害处，决定，以后再也不沾水，千万不能图省事。
首先令我们好奇的是何以水有害?倘若有害，为什么政府不禁水呢?
有个很有意思的比喻，或者可比拟这个情况，当你将一只青蛙放上一个开着大火
的热锅时，牠会立刻跳走，但如果你用一根蜡烛慢慢加温，刚开始时，青蛙并不觉得有
任何烫感，但逐渐的等到牠觉得热了，再也无力气跳走。
如今谁就像那根蜡烛，使用它的人就像那只青蛙，什么时候会被困住，或许是
十或二十年之后，但迟早有可能被困住。
在医院中输血，曾有护士将医用级纯净水放进血液，一输入体后病人立即死亡，
以后医院中严格规定，严禁把水加进血液。这是纯净水，没有杂质的，可见水有多毒。

Contact congressman and senator: 2015/2/16。2月18号众议员助理先回信，要了信
息后马上联系USCIS.2月25号通知我们说USCIS 3月10号之前给答复。
Status changed to RFE on 2015/2/26：结果3月18号律师才收到邮件。要求主申请人
的工作证明和体检，还有副申请人的体检。
RFE response received by TSC: 2015/3/30 回复3/26号寄出，3/30网上状态改称RFE
received.
Status changed to RFE again on 2015/4/3 这次很快，4月9号收到邮件，体检医生忘
记添了几个信息，要求给补上。网上状态变成RFE的时候就猜到体检有问题，所以请医
生又重新填了一份（完全免费）。收到邮件后第二天就寄走了。

Once I took the bus with my LD, I didn't pay enough money for the trip and
didn't realize it. I found a seat, and the driver asked me to pay more behind
me. I didn't know he was talking something to me so I didn't do anything. Some
guy got on after me and paid the amount for me. My LD was standing after him
and thanked him.
One day when I walked on the street, some guy asked a few dollars for his gas

BTW:我大概记得这个线形回归可以从矩阵哪里定义出来,搞矩阵的时候,用L_2 norma最小来衡量的，对应到平面上就是距离的平方和

【侨报纽约网报道】纳苏郡在进行行政复议之后，该郡的立法机关仍然一致表
示同意废除在长岛校区安装高速摄影头的计划。
据CBS报道，立法者的决定引来公众对之前该项措施的实施动机的强烈不满。
纳苏郡郡长曼加诺(Ed Mangano)承认废除安装高速摄像头将其协助政府填补3000万
美元的预算缺口，包括社会服务和公共安全等方面的财务预算的计划成为泡影。
然而，19位立法机关成员似乎一致赞成结束该议项，说他们将与行政机关商议寻找
另外可以填补预算的收入。但立法机关的主管诺玛( Norma Gonsalves)说她拒绝以提高
税收的方式填补预算。
据悉，许多居民称，他们已经收到了80多美元的罚单，并同时抱怨在车辆驶入校区
的摄像头安装区域之前，并没有足够的警示牌提醒司机进行减速。
社会媒体的呛声组织，和成千上万的民众称该项措施实际是一项为政府增加收入而
专门设计的“问题”方案。
