加拿大一批枪械爱好者因为中国进口步枪之事与皇家骑警杠上。
皇家骑警说中国北方工业公司(Norinco)出品的Type 97A半自动步枪，很容易改装成法
律禁止的全自动步枪，因此必须禁止;枪械爱好者则说法律只禁止全自动步枪，警方的
禁令违法，因而已决定与骑警对簿公堂。
Type 97A实际上是中国解放军现役95式自动步枪的衍生型，稍有不同的是，为了符合出
口标准，Type 97A取消原有的全自动射击功能。而当这款半自动步枪进入加拿大时，皇
家骑警未将之列为禁品，枪械爱好者便捷足先登购入。
但皇家骑警后来发现，只要稍经修改，便能恢复Type 97A的全自动射击功能，因而改变
想法，将此枪列为禁品。为平息枪主的不满，联邦政府甚至同意不强行收缴，而是以每

good quality (made in1954~1956), some are black some white bayonets.
Cabela $250 w/o scope, Sportsworld a little more but w/ scope, only $395.....
I was shocked too, when I first time found that price and checked the gun quality......
But based on Canada firmairs regulations, all semi-auto must be modified to 5
rds lal.......
I didn't find 南修 or Norinco stuff here....... |

been semi-auto already, like AR, M14/16, AK,
for those civil rifle, must be 5-rds semi, w/ general license.......
auto? very very difficult to get for civilians, except some mili or law-

Fire arms are much more seriously controled in CA than in US.
and among ppl, more civilians are not strong gun-own supporters, comparing
to Americians. When I had job interview w/ my dept chair and main recrue
committee members, talked about this issue, seems 60% are not favored in own
guns, half of other 40% not care, half like to have who actually came from
US too!!!

另外一个景，是在加拿大看到，但美国绝看不到的：象7.62x39, x51R, 5.56之类的
蛋蛋都是成箱堆在CABELA或SPORTS SALE等大店卖枪柜台前跟小山一样，你抗着就去
付钱了。
在美国可真没见到大的店这样堆大白菜一样的堆着放蛋蛋的场景--除了小枪弹铺子
外。呵呵。。。。。

instead, or at least >10 rds handgun with hollow point ammo.......
semi rifle is good for >20-50 yards, but this distence is not good for you
claim "self-defence" lal, u definitely lose on the court once beiing sued...

真TLLD到那种地步，还什么法规啦，俺肯定是事先就从黑道上再贵也要买至少三把
全自动的：一把冲锋，一把UZI，一把COMPACT手枪再加一把半自动SHOTGUN藏家里，
而且至少每个要5--10个30-40发弹匣压满了备战了。到那地步，半自动还来得及嘛？？？
他们来要俺和俺全家命，了还说什么禁枪禁全自动的事啊，打了再说了，就是打死
在家里一大片20--30个，顶多就是私藏违例军火罪，那也是这版上哪位说的，面对

过你这个显然不是原装，手枪
握把和枪托都是后换的。一般理解换过枪托不会让枪增值只会减值，但是你这个算特殊
情况，因为俺看着你这个托应该是
norinco给preban枪做的，而且看颜色应该是一整套四件的。光这套家具你现在就能卖
出二百刀。四十发弹匣俺不知道市
场价，暂且不说。综合来看如果内部干净无损无锈，能卖六七百吧。
另，你那个枪口制跳器怎么固定的？如果没有固定，建议你把它拧下来，否则打着打着
肯定会掉。 |

if want mili auto, need another special training and license which is almost
impossible for civilian.......
I sold them all to gun dealer. theoretically I can bring 3 guns, but, semi
auto must be 5 rds mag! that's impossible or not worthwhile for me to bring
my guns to Canada.
Actually, here semi AK, SKS, not expensive comparing to US price although

如MAK-90,好在于几点。其中一个就是receiver的钢有1.5mm，比其它的厚。但是国内的
网上说，用1.5mm是因为天朝的钢质量不如，所以要加厚。这样的话，56式就更重，而
且还是更容易发烫。 这些都是假设，MAK-90 和156式用的钢是一样的。不知道真的
AK47 用多厚的钢。
哪位高手来分析一下。 |
