一个是calphalon的chicken fry底太大了，菜都盖不上，炒出来的青菜，有的没有油，
而且买来的第一天就出了划痕，多用几次居然到处都是划痕，一个星期就变成沾锅了。
一个是calphalon的nonstick，底太小了，大概只用了电炉热量的1/3,我努力的翻，炒
出来的菜还是有的过熟有的不熟。其实我家以前的以前的锅的底稍为大一点，不同的是
那个锅的底是弧形的，这个国的底是梯形的，虽然锅底差不多大，但是锅壁对热量的利用
是有天大的差别。我家以前的锅炒出来的菜可好吃了，可惜nonstick被烧坏了。
俺花了一百块钱，居然还在用walmart的9 inch 的wearever炒菜。气死我了。
倒霉的是chichen fry是在bbb买的，本来可以退，ld把收据丢了。
nonstick 是在outlet买的，太远了不会再去退了，当时陪朋友去shopping天晚了要回
家，匆匆忙忙的，不然不会买这么个玩意。 |

teflon 需要用PFOA

birds at much lower temperatures—as low as 464 degrees Fahrenheit,

问题在于中国人炒菜多， 有时粗心导致过热。所以一旦有过过热以后我就不想用了。
还有那种rice cooker, 看上去也是那种teflon的 no-stick coating, 时间长了， 几

发帖数: 14217 | 11 这个review是认为scanpan标明的ceramic-titanium nonstick应该就是全部的不沾层，其实产品介绍里说了涂层是改良的PTFE(高温下不会分解出有毒物PFOA)。PTFE是teflon,但teflon之所以有毒是因为制作过程中用了PFOA.有毒的是PFOA, 不是PTFE本身。

但是没有不粘涂层，是铝的。nonstick的烤盘戚风应该爬不上去。
anodized aluminum是表面做了氧化铝膜的铝，表面有了致密的氧化膜以后里面的铝不
跟食物接触就不会发生反应进入食物了，不是说铝离子吃多了会变傻吗。不过高中化学
就学了铝制品用一下表面就会生成致密氧化膜，不用钢丝球之类的尖利的东西划它就没
事。
aluminum steel是钢的外面镀铝，应该更重一些吧。
没用过长得像汽锅的那种烤盘，不知道怎么样。
