2）就是现金交易，拍到后立即赴款。应该以后可以做equity loan，这个要等多久？
equity loan的amount 是你房价的百分比，还是房子价值的百分比？
3）我在德州，我们这的法拍屋在auction.com都能查到，几乎所有房子除了欠银行钱，
还有其他的lien。我的问题是拍到这个房子的人，能拿到clear title么？还是bid
winner要付清房子的所有lien？

减少，逼迫那些公司多雇美国本土人。这么多人挤着想出来不是没理由的。
我一直觉得美国经济没真正好起来，这可能也是为什么很多人选择打着反
establishment旗帜的trump，现在看来Michael Moore之前一直说trump会赢。还有就是
股市，差不多又是泡沫破灭的时候了，一个周期一个周期的，每几年一次，这种靠印钱
解决问题的办法，都是虚假的经济恢复，都不是本质上解决办法。问题是泡沫破了之后
，政府会采取什么措施，要是真像trump之前说的，可能他对华尔街砸钱救市的意愿不
高，二是家底也不行，再大规模经济刺激，只会把国债推向新高。
两三天了，我都还有点upset，不敢相信trump那么争议性的人都当选，一直希望GOP能
推出一个decent的nonimee，我还是觉得最初只有两三个candidate的话，trump不会胜
