己做了说不定根本就没效果。举个例子，见证人有的州需要两个，这两个人还必须
不能是受益人，如果是受益人还需要再找一个受益人，具体见证人签字和做遗嘱的
人签字还有一套formality. 为了防止人过世的时候找不到见证人，一般还会作self-
proof.
那些网站都有么？一般遗嘱放律师那里的防水防火保险柜里面。 |

总的来说，开llc可行，如果singer owner, 可以按sole p--报，schedule c。
身份上说，任何人都可以开，如果没有ead，不能工作，但是我现在还不知道到底是为

及一些帮助。
我猜测，对于你的情况，他们至少可以告诉你，回美国打官司，你需要满足什么条件。
得到签证后，你可以在中国咨询美国的律师（这样花费可能少一些），准备好一些材料
，然后雇一个靠谱的律师，再赴美和你老公打官司。
一般来说，很有可能可以得到共同抚养的权利。
你现在不需要纠结和老公婚姻中谁对谁错这些细节，关键就是要证明你要孩子，以及你
回国是因为母亲生病迫不得已，孩子以后的成长不能没有你。其他，只能说明你的婚姻
是错误的。结束婚姻就是。但孩子，你不能放弃。
具体细节，多咨询律师。
另外，到美国的法律网站上多研究。也可以买些美国的法律书籍来研究。

我是走出办公室才想起来的。
有了这个stamp 就不需要再去网上查case 状态了，心里就更安稳些。在没有收到绿卡
前紧急临时出行这个章就可以代替绿卡出入海关。

小弟今天30度斜坡左拐,stop sign离路比较远,停了,然后看到safe,就直接并入主
路,在路口没停,然后被警察给了一个ticket,说我fail to stop at stop sign,我觉得
有些委屈.我查了一些本版的记录,稍微有一些概念了.想问问最近有没有跟我类似的情
况,应该如何办?
我打算去法庭plea nolo,一般警察会不会去?我可以跟警察argue么?警察一般会拿
些什么证据?
在哪里可以查到相关的罚款条例呢?如果stop sign真的没停,要罚多少呢?
另外,ticket title是哪个呢?我看那张ticket头上有3个号?
