loan brokerage company, you need to pass this test to get license. and this
license should be on the top of your real estate license. the reason to
have this test is that a lot of people in government believe that people in
loan business should be responsible for misleading consumers to get a loan
which they cannot afford. Their behaviour helps the real estate market to go up and crash

We do have automatic float down available for some loans. Rate will go down if rate drops after submitting to underwritting even if rate is locked.

刚刚agent给我打电话了，人在中国。答复是一个星期后灰美国后会把104刀退给我。
这里先向该agent道个歉，之前言语不当之处很抱歉。
虽然这次refinance问题多多，有些问题并非该agent本人之误，或许可以归结
为我运气不好，以至于迟迟不能close. 能拿回104刀，对自己也算说得过去了。
谢谢本版，让我发这个帖子，也引起了该agent的注意，并得到答复。
原文如下：
此人不知道从哪里得到我的信息，一直给我发信(如下)。正好我要做refinance, 就
打电话过去聊了聊，觉得人还比较诚恳，就找他做了，结果问题重重，这里先不说了。
现在loan close了，他的几千刀也赚了(1%)，之前还有点问题他还没有答复我的，
现在找他，好几天了，写邮件，打电话，都没有回音了。都是老中，虽然找他做loan,
让我现在很后悔，看在同胞的份上，吃亏就算了，现在玩失踪，是不是太无耻下作了些？
湾区哪位跟他打过交道的吃过苦头的，请跟我联系。

找到chase做preapproval letter，结果今天收到email，附件里第一个是我们的信息，
后几个都是别人的信息，last name和公寓楼地址都是一个，铁定是发错人了。信里面
包括那个人的SSN，地址，生日信息，这种情况找谁投诉？太不象话了，拿着我们的隐
私信息这样草率的发email。
这个人自己说是Mortgage Banker，有NMLS ID，是和chase投诉，还是和什么委员会说

每年100左右毕业生的小私立学校一般不太准。因为跟学校历史，legacy影响太大。胡
乱分析一下
NMLS 一年只有1个，证明学生学习不咋地。查SAT Webb Schools: 1,920 确实不咋地。
Ivy League MIT Stanford placement Webb Schools: 7 %
HYPMS placement Webb Schools: 1 %
就是说大藤一年有1个，小藤可能有7个，怀疑这个学校不靠Legacy录取数据会差更多。
没有考证数据真伪。一句话一般般 |
