You need to make sure where the quote from.
for new customers, they don't provide quote from NJM because new customers
don't have NJ records at all especially for people from other states. NJM
normally gave you quote from NJRe first which is very high. After a few
months
under NJRe without any bad records, they will switch customers back to NJM.
That's what I learned from the past.
