是个公司都会标榜自己是搞人工智能的。在21世纪的第二个十年，计算机专业相关的学
生不说自己是搞AI算法的，同学聚会都抬不起头，相亲机会都变少了。随便从一摞简历

格达沦陷，那等于2003年那场英美联军解放伊拉克的仗白打了，更不要说那些战士的牺
牲。为什么会出现这种局面？从外部来看，主要是奥巴马政策失误和他的极端无能导致
的∶
第一，情报失败。
伊拉克局势逆转直下，圣战反叛军长驱直入，直逼巴格达（只有60英里）。美国国防部
发言人在CNN上说“震惊”。美国舆论反应是“吃惊”。
这个“惊”本身就证明，奥巴马政府情报失灵，没有事先预测和掌握到，伊斯兰圣战武
