发帖数: 34 | 4 去年phd毕业，computer engineering专业。现在在加州一家小公司researcher。今年
h1b没中，被迫进入opt extension，EAD有效期到19年中。
公司说支持O1或者eb1。
看到版上很多前辈，不知道能不能赐教经验教训。
21篇论文（一作6篇，没有大牛期刊和顶级会议），截至目前150个引用左右（没分自引
他引，有牛人牛会牛期刊引用）。review32个（revision review不算，算的话估计过
40次了），其中顶级期刊2个（同一期刊），一个一般期刊的awarded Outstanding
Reviewer（有email），两个旗舰会议（ICRA,IROS）连续三年reviewer。
其中一篇一作论文拿到会议best paper（有奖杯），一篇二作拿到另一个会议best
student paper 。
国内专利两个（上学期间申的，没啥用），在美国这边公司一个专利申请（uspto在审
）。都是第二发明人。
推荐信还没有准备，但是实在找不到大牛推荐人，最多到ieee fellow。
