生的「黑燈」。或許是尼古拉·特斯拉的私下建議，也或許是諾貝爾團隊刻意的選擇。
不論為何，當年的尼古拉·特斯拉的一席話就能主宰到諾貝爾物理學獎的趨向，也包含
1921年愛因斯坦得獎時，諾貝爾團隊特別強調與相對論完全無關，這也是考量到尼古拉
·特斯拉的緣故。只因為尼古拉·特斯拉全面否定相對論，並且提出另一套艱深的理論
，只是當時的理論派是老大，其中的德國陰謀家們與紈姱子弟兵無法接受，故而尼古拉
·特斯拉便不再多言，但是諾貝爾團隊卻非常重視尼古拉·特斯拉的說詞，從而才特別
強調愛因斯坦的得獎與相對論無關。
諾貝爾團隊特別的強調不是因為建立相對論而獲獎，這正是公開否定相對論。可惜
在其後，理論派的紈姱子弟兵持續的行銷，不斷的經由外在環境的哲學捕捉，從而再去
創造看似合理的方程式，如同在創造一部完美的佛經，目的是謀合狹隘的實驗結果，企
圖彰顯出相對論的準確性，用以迷惑信徒。此一悲哀，在三十年間讓主流科學完全覆滅
，直到今日全然流於玄學，再也無從通過宏觀的條件去進行檢驗，只因為相對論的基礎

. it is very unlikely, given the complexity of medicine and the reasonably
high standard you want to achieve. even a team from us can hardly achieve
this goal in current china. the run run shaw hospital at hangzhou is a good
example. i encourage people who know this hospital well give us your thought.

For a case like that, you have to make sure if the patient has true weakness
. In some cases, the patient could not walk or feel weak just because of
PAIN. I haven't noticed you mentioned the pain which I believe she has.
I would check ERS/CRP and CK, a lot of cases like that, especially an aged
woman, could have PMR.
DM amyotrophy is another DDx if PMR can be R/O.

Regarding that contraindication, it only means fentanyl patch could cause
respiratory depression. What opioid does not do that? Nil.
When you are out of options, you have to use what you think is the best for
the patient. You are not supposed to leave CANCER patient in pain.

The key to success is to stay away from our Chinese medical counterparts.
Just like US Fastfood in China, don't bother to mess up with Chinese food.
So if you want to practice western medicine, you have to have a whole system
NOT a part of it. For example, if you want to open a clinic, you have to
have insurances to support, you need a JCAHO certified hospital to take your
clinical patients, etc. Basicly, you need a total different medical system

这个值得一谈。没有哪个电视剧里在音乐上比这个用得更好的了。音乐数量之多（快
200首／曲），质量之高，几乎涵盖了所有的音乐类型，令人叹为观止。使用的音乐
在契合故事情节发展，抓住人物内心和情感上，更是无出其右。牛仔叔当时想，这剧
的音乐创作班子也太牛逼太强大了。后来一看，大都借用成名乐队／歌手的曲子，包
括很多经典曲目，真是大开眼界啊。选几首留这里方便听。
第一首， The captain。出自澳大利亚乡村音乐女歌手Kasey Chambers。 牛仔叔觉得近
年乡村音乐都快死掉了，本来就哼哼呀呀唧唧歪歪的不讨喜。这首用在季3集8， 倒是
大可一听：
第二首Madreblu - Certamente(S2E4)。这首旋律其实不太陌生，意大利语有份别样的
异域风情。
3. Nils Lofgren - Black Books。 令人心碎的分手情歌。这首词曲，吉他的炫技水准
都很高。
4. Cecilia Bartoli, Sposa son disprezzata. 这女的嗓子和唱功也太好了
