中新网7月29日电 据香港《文汇报》网站29日报道，英国智囊组织国家经济与社会研究
所(NIESR)在一份报告中指出，中国或只需9年时间便可超越美国，成为全球最大的经济
体，比之前的同类预测提早1年，而西方国家在这段时间仍要致力从金融海啸中复苏过
来。
若计入货币购买力差异，中国已取代日本，成为全球第2大经济体。NIESR的预测凸显出
亚洲与西方的命运截然不同，前者正享受着蓬勃的增长，后者经济活动较沉寂。
NIESR预测，中国今年国内生产总值增长(GDP)将超过11%，美国3.1%、欧元区1.3%。
NIESR指出，在未来10年，中国经济增长每年平均达8%，美国仅3%。NIESR亦预测印度本
年经济将增长9.5%。 |

的同时，境外各个机构纷纷表现出力捧中国之意。英国智囊组织国家经济与社会研究所
(NIESR)更是发表报告称，中国只需9年时间就能超过美国，成为世界头号经济体。对此
，中国社会科学院金融研究中心副主任王松奇表示，预计2025年中国将赶超美国。他并
提醒，中国需防范发达国家的“先捧后杀”策略。
NIESR报告指出，预计2010年全球经济将以4.8%的速度增长，亚洲将持续引领全球
的经济复苏，中国、印度、韩国和日本的增长尤其强劲。在美洲，巴西和加拿大也表现
甚佳。但美国和欧洲等传统经济增长强国将保持中等经济增长速度。预计，中国今年
GDP增长幅度将达到11.6%，而美国仅为3.1%。在未来10年，中国的经济增长每年平均达
8%。而美国却只有3%。按照这个速度，中国只需9年就能超过美国，成为头号经济体。
NIESR预测，中国成为头号经济体的时间比其它机构预测都要早。德意志银行预测
是2020年，高盛预计是2027年，摩根大通认为是2020至2025年，世界银行首席经济学家
林毅夫认为是2025年，王松奇在接受《文汇报》 |

Brazil has become the sixth-biggest economy in the world, the country's
finance minister has said.
The Latin American nation's economy grew 2.7% last year, official figures
show, more than the UK's 0.8% growth.
The National Institute of Economic and Social Research (NIESR) and other
economic forecasters also said that Brazil had now overtaken the UK. |
