从这个video可以看出Jack Nicklause和很多pro挥杆的差别。他down swing刚开始时
lag没有增加。如果看Ben Hogan的挥杆会发现他down swing开始时杆身滞后导致lag增
加，大部分pro都是这样的。而nicklause从一开始就是抡（throw)的动作，有人管这叫
early release. Mike Austin是这种swing的代表人物.我从初学时学Ben Hogan到后来
改成学Mike Austin完全是自己摸索。我觉得传统的swing中timing的要求较高，因为
impact时手腕flip很大，一旦timing不好容易hook或push.后来发现了mike austin的
throw的方法觉得很有道理。这种方法swing plane很陡，杆面一直保持sqaure,impact
时不需手腕flip，提高了稳定性。这种打法打的也很远，austin是long drive

-hook。 谚语叫：“happy hooker", 恭喜，离高手又近了一步。剩下球路控制，只需
要在握杆强弱，占位开合上微调就可以了。Nicklaus说要先会打draw，然后弱势握杆，
配合开放杆面+开放占位，才能打出power-fade。Nicklaus职业生涯的中后期都是打

么多golf的书，个人认为hogan是最靠谱的，最有科学分析的能力，hogan做教练应该是
个好教练。Nicklaus的文化水平最差，他的书以感觉为主，深度有限。说不出为什么要
如此这般，一旦尝试去说，往往露馅。所以tiger说只有hogan和moe norman own their
swings。而对nicklaus表面尊重，背后并不屑。
只要开口说什么centrifugal force的教练，基本是不懂物理的。真正的好教练，其实
不多，我发现要找好教练，可能去找那些教业余或中学大学比赛选手的教练最靠谱。这

getting yourself a couple of used brand-name irons, like a 7 and a 8.
Practice with them for a couple of months and then think about getting a
whole set.
You won't use most of the clubs in your bag in your first year of golf. |

winning pct was around 50% for last two years and over 25% in his career.
Consider the second highest pct is around 12% held by Nicklaus (might be

你的问题的话，你需请人看一下你的STANCE， 看看你是否align up perfectly. 有时
pros 也犯这种低级错误。像 Jack Nicklaus 也干过。 |

Interlock, as the time told, locked the two hands too tight.
interlock, bascially, is good for the smaller palm/hand. it means if you
think you can't grab the club naturally, you can use interlock grip (or
change ur grib to smaller size.)

基本上就是slice,而原因就是我下盘在downswing时的lateral move<
club face永远在接触时处于开放状态。
身体不太听话。
今天去一个私立球场，Jack nicklause设计的7050码左右，打得更sh*t..
记得上周也是第一打个新球场，也打了75。
懒得管这swing事了。 |

当年和tom watston, jack nicklause一起打的。
他现在喜欢和我搭档和别人打球，best ball for a two-person team, $5/hole。
他总是告诉我，be aggressive, 他能拿上par,剩下的就是我拿birdie了，其他成绩都
没所谓，只要有skins的机会我能把握住。
你还别说，人家那把年纪，67岁， 就是能拿par，至少，打出low 70的成绩总是没问题
，而且稳定。从tee-shot，到approach shot，他不练习推球，所以推杆不是那么hot. |

flintrock golf course。那是Jack Nicklause建的球场之一。
我上次打过一次，被羞辱的一塌糊涂。这次直接就拒绝了。说太难不去了。
过了2小时，pro打电话说，组织者只招集了2-3个人，其他人都说太难不去。
呵呵。。 |

他以前是用mp33的，我们刚开始打球的时候就看他在用。去年我回orlando的时候，他开
始用这个macgregor.说是cavity back looking, blade feeling。
现在的球具，不仅看起来很像，实际的差别也不是那么大了。就如现在的golf swing，
按照pro Randy的说法是，现在pga tour里的球员，他们的动作都很像，都没什么区别
。 他说他们那个年代，高尔夫动作全是自己找到的，所以你看jack nicklause, arnol
d palmer, 等那些，什么动作都有。
今天这些球员的动作这么相似，从年轻的，到40来岁的，变得谁赢都有可能，如果某一
周正好是他的最好状态的时候。

比ONE PLANER更容易KEEP直.前后脚应该是照相角度问题. |

发帖数: 724 | 49 我觉得3I不比DR好打多少,DR容易打SOLID,但打直难.长铁相对容易打直,但杆杆SOLID较
难.但铁杆开球有一个优点.长铁MISS通常都是FAT OR THIN,这样球仍在FW,DR MISS通常
SLICE/HOOK,基本上是进树,然后PENALTY或是PUNCH.相比之下可能3I还是好些.但3I开球
每杆都SOLID非常不容易.如果能达到长铁炉火纯青的地步,打好DR应该不难.NICKLAUS说
了,SWING只有一个.听说G10不错,GOLFREVIEW上评价很好,我一个朋友用了也说好.建议
