核放射物质主要通过释放核粒子（NEUTRON和GAMMA）来产生对人的影响，除了粒子数量
（取决于距离、时间，传播途径等因素）外，还主要取决于两个方面：一个是衰变强度
，一个衰变能量。衰变强度指的是一秒钟产生多少个例子，一般是以居里为单位，1Ci=
3.7x10^10 Bq, 表示一秒钟产生3.7x10^10个粒子。每个粒子的能量用兆电子伏(MeV）
来衡量。一般而言，同等衰变强度下，能量越高的粒子对人体伤害越大，中子比gamma
伤害更大，是10-20倍之多，原因是高能中子在穿透人体，与人体元素发生作用，产生
细胞变异。
一般实验室用的源都在铅盒里保存，原因是铅（Pb)具有强大的密度能阻碍粒子射出，
因此严格防备的实验室对人体伤害不大。

是同学朋友内推的功劳。没想到自己也比较争气，一路杀到了最后一轮，拿到了两家的
offer。
先上一下小弟超菜的背景：
非CS科班出身，网络相关专业，国内本科，北美硕士加一年零几个月的工作经验，工作
之前没有什么大型开源项目经验，学校课程项目也就只有屈指可数的一两个拿的出手。
从我之前的博客其实也可以看出来，工作中主要是用Python开发Openstack Neutron的
插件。C++，JAVA和Python几乎全靠自学（从本科开始），去Coursera上过一个
Algorithm的在线课程，看过几本算法书，仔细看过www.cplusplus.com上的tutorial，
刷了三四遍Leetcode，看过CC150。除此之外，偶尔泡泡highscalibility.com看一些系
统架构的文章，还在onsite之前抱抱佛脚，狂看了一些脸书的系统设计面试题。

像neutron, x-ray, SEM, TEM, AFM, materials characterization skills的都做过.
以后的方向想做 磁性材料,特别是磁电耦合, correlated electron system.
去公司的话, 最近的职位,也就是mateirals analyst, materials scientist.不过比较
难, 不要我等wsn.

我说的单独文章都是能留下来，以后能进教科书的东西
给你随手列了几篇，然后你说二战以前的不算：我列的5篇Nature的文章里几篇是二战
前的？接下来说只有纯物理才算，合着在你眼里只有纯物理才是科学？要不你给中科院
写封信建议把数学化学生物地学学部统统撤销了？大概诺贝尔化学奖和医学奖在你眼里
都是joke了，高锟的诺贝尔物理学奖也应该撤销，因为他搞的不是“纯物理”，所以也
不是科学。
浙大没发NS就能让你狡辩到这个份上，浙大学生的脸皮厚度我算是服了。
PS：我再给你举个例子好了：

物质不断地分下去，是什么？
这个古老的问题，已经puzzling藕N年了。。。
这个不需要物理学知识，完全是个纯逻辑问题、纯哲学问题，或者说纯数学问提；
空间的可分性，也很paradoxical；
其它的比较简单了；
藕斗胆评论几个：
1 ether exists；
以太无处不在；建议研究以太动力学，ether dynamics；
以太很难被直接观测，但是，在weak interaction的时候，是以太造成了W＋，W－，Z
2 电荷到底是什么？
什么东西都被看成是运动了、能量了，连质量都没有被放过；只有电荷是个例外；
what the hell is the charge？
藕speculate，电荷也是一种运动形式，跟spin自旋 很项似；
