别想那么复杂,只要基因相互作用有新颖性,很容易发表,4-5分的烂杂志有很多。比
如neurite outgrowth的实验想复杂也复杂不了,无非就是转染后看看neurite length,
growth cone什么的。做癌症方面也很简单,在癌组织里看看表达,在细胞系里看看联
系,关键就是A调节B这个新颖性

最近在培养neuron,今天是第四天,发现很多细胞聚集在一起,中间的看起来分化得也
不好,neurite很短,如图所示。请高人鉴定一下,这些是不是neuron?可能是什么原
因造成的?我是从E18 mouse embryo分离的neuron,用波片倒扣在astrocyte
monolayer上培养。medium用的是neurobasal+B27。谢谢!

要是批发呢,一个实验模型,同时可以做三四个PROJECT, 比如neurite outgrowth,转
染一下,测测神经突长度,只要A REGULATE B的story发个四五分的不成问题
那得卖贵点了,30万吧,哈哈哈

最近查询文章,发现跟帕金森病相关的LRRK2研究一个有趣现象,其中有一篇是现任北
理工的庆宏教授发表的LRRK2能够直接结合a-Synuclein并且磷酸化Serine-129位点。
但是后续大量的综述讨论的时候提到他这篇文章时说this is the only one paper
show LRRK2 can phosphorylate S129-synuclein。我看他发表的这篇BBRC已经被引用
快超100次了,如果文章的结论有问题,那岂不是严重阻碍了关于LRRK2-G2019S的研究
