发帖数: 4637 | 4 Biopsy也不保证能取到正确部位。一些病例里组织纤维化严重，即使在ultrasound 指
导下多次取样也会失之毫厘错过癌细胞而无法确诊。
只能是在死后autopsy才能确定死因。
还有些情况下是无法做biopsy的，因为有可能会造成转移。风险太大。
癌症是非常复杂和令人绝望的疾病。
另一个极端就是一些low grade的 "cancer"/neoplasia, 不知道，也一辈子没事儿。结
果一些早期screen指标让病人做 biopsy. 做出来有异常，病理上看在癌症的定义边界
上。你做手术还是不做？
有三分之一乳腺癌是duct carcinoma in situ,其实就是腺管里的细胞生长，真正恶变
的几率很小，但是无法保证不存在，病人就必须选择，怎么办？
现在发达国家一个趋势是过度诊断，各种早期诊断查出一堆从前不会查出来的“早期癌
症”，然后就是过度治疗。
已经碰到两个二十出头的小姑娘把甲状腺切除了，因为怀疑甲状腺癌。以后一生要口服
甲状腺素，定期检查。还要活在所谓“复发”的阴影了。我严重怀疑属于这种

昨天，这些人折腾了一天，白天，晚上皮啦啦，也不知道谁把谁杀了，谁把谁带走了。
反正我先生和孩子被绑架了，就不知道是不是已经遇害了。我本来是打算睡觉的，但他
们头上，地下装电磁波攻击器，让我几乎窒息。虽然我没倒下，但其实他们在我身上扎
的毒针已经蔓延，我能感觉到我的呼吸有窒息的感觉。我想我对他们已经非常仁慈了，
但他们不依不饶地攻击我，欲置我于死地，让我非常生气，特别是肆意伤害我家里的人
，绑架我先生和孩子，而且有许许多多无辜的生命毁于他们之手，有必要把他们曝光。
当然我还没分析这里边是那几个人具体攻击我，伤害我的，但他们显然都是一伙的。鉴
于他们伤害我的头部，胸部 和胃部，我就把这几部分的医生都曝光，受害者慢慢去调
查，追查他们吧。

in nude mice，其余为细胞生物学实验。分子机制方面一个大图共5个小图，和表型方
面的联系不是特别strong。老板不太care这个文章，所以不太可能愿意付很贵的page
charge。但我个人比较喜欢这篇manuscript，因为图里面的结果效应都比较strong，虽
然不是什么大发现。
本来打算投neoplasia的，但page charge实在太贵$1800. 各位能推荐个便宜点的杂志
么？

) can occur due to inflammation, infection, trauma, or neoplasia.

中医的火，或者热症，落实在病理上，一是炎症反应；二是发热反应。还有一些体征，
比如高血压等等，比较难归入此类。
中医的寒症，主要还是跟metabolism有关系，病理上不好分类。
虚症，多与免疫低下有关，应该把虚症病人的免疫指标研究一下，可能找到一些marker.
实症，neoplasia相关，还有一些developmental defects。 |

现许多病人喜欢用email联系，过去医院不主张，但现在大事所趋。有一女病人和丈夫
公用一email帐号用来和医生联系。有一次做完PAP smear 后，护士就把报告结果email
病人：CIN1。（cervical intraepithelial neoplasia）， please come by to pick
up the report and your contraceptive pills.
悲剧了：丈夫读到这个mail， 且他已vasectomy。 一对质，原来是红杏。离婚。病人
就把医院告了。问：医院有liability 吗？ |

专科医生作了膀胱镜检查和肾CT检查，没有发现异样。但是因为我爸爸有十多年的前列
腺增生，所以医生就建议作了前列腺电灼的小手术，术后感觉排尿束缚很多。
做好这个小手术后四周，医生又作了一个尿培养，现在得到这种结论：
